Saturday 2 November 2024 at 14:11. I did a Sent cash transaction of R2000.00. I first went to an ATM in Riverdale Meyerton. The ATM was not having the correct notes. I then drove to a different ATM where also in Meyerton at the OK supermarket. After my pin and C number the atm only gave me R500.00 all R50 notes. But the slip says payment of R2000.00 was received. I then called Capitec immediately and they said that they will respond within 24 to 48 hours. I did not get any response from Capitec and decided to call them again. They said that my incident was rejected (with no reason). I then forward the slip and case number to ATMCashdisputesreview@capitecbank.co.za and still no response.
Bought a bath from CTM Vaal that was very bad quality! The bath was already installed. Client complained that the bath is very "bubbly"! I tried to feel what the client feels and the epoxy cracked due to air under the epoxy! I bought another one and took it back before we installed the bath because it was the same as the ons that was installed! Now waiting 3 weeks for a refund on the purchase because the supplier needs to come and inspect the bath? Did I buy it from the supplier or CTM?? This is very sad to see how CTM handle this!
My disability benefits is with Alexander Forbes. I had a stroke and heart attack in 2019 and due to the stroke I had to claim from my benefits as per paid for every month. Alexander Forbes request a review every year. In 2020 I went for a review and they paid for the review. They requested a review in 2021 and went for the review. They requested a review again in 2022. I tried to book my review but failed due to Alexander Forbes that did not make the payment for the previous review. I requested Alexander Forbes to pay the outstanding. They did not respond to my emails. This was ongoing until November 2023. I received an email from Alexander Forbes with a letter from Sanlam? Stating that if my review documents is not received by December 2023 my disability benefits will be terminated in full and will be closed. Again sending the request for payment to the occupational health the****** to book the review! And no response. Today I did not receive my disability payment due to negligence from Alexander Forbes / Sanlam my Insurers. When I call they say that they will get someone to contact me! No one has contacted me for Alexander Forbes or Sanlam in years! I received no assistance from Josias Moeketsie from Alexander Forbes or Leah Koloane from Sanlam!
This work shop mechanic/Manager/supervisor is the worst work shop and mechanics that Volkswagen will ever have! Any Volkswagen branch won't have worst then this even if they tried! In December 2021 we took my scirocco in for a major service and some odd things to sort out. 1.1 windows and sunroof not working. 1.2 fuel overflow when we fill up the vehicle. 1.3 right front light not working. We received a report saying: The water pump is leaking and some other items that are faulty. The overflow pipe is fixed. They recommended that we need to take the vehicle to a auto elec as they do not find the fault. We said that we will get the water pump and bring it back after we had a vacation. Then we received the vehicle back from Duttons... the whole vehicle is a mess!! Vehicles warning light comes on: Check left head light Check right head light ESP (not sure what that means) The over flow of feul still a problem Lock and unlock button stuck in the middle of the door and door panel. I phoned them immediately after the holidays we had in December and told Lehan about all the issues on the car now. He said that I need to bring the vehicle back to Duttons in January, and we did. They called me after almost 2 weeks later to collect the vehicle as it is now fixed, (not thrusting them I told them that I want to fill up the car with fuel before we leave and pay). As suspected!!! Door lock and unlock button still stuck! Fuel still over flow! Warning lights still on! They said that the windows won't work as my computer box is for a golf 5 and not a scirocco the VIN numbers of the Scirocco and the VIN on the computer box is not the same!! It will cost me R43 000 to fix this issue but they are not sure if the windows will work after they replaced the computer box! I just feel that I have paid R11 471.25 for nothing and there is still a bill waiting! Duttons won't see me or any of my family members again! The workshop manager/supervisor (Danie) blames this all on the poor lady working at reception! According to me he said that they never told him! Don't think that se have to feed him with a s**** as all of this stands on the job card! All he needs to do is read!! Lora-Lee gave me the best service and did what she was supposed to do! Treat a customer with respect and a smile!

Me and my wife decided to try something different. We ordered food from burger King Vanderbijlpark! What a disappointment! We ordered a large triple stack burger, a small triple stack burger and a kiddies meal! After waiting about 15 minutes for our food they said that they don't have any straws and there is no toys! ( the reason we order the kiddies meal is because of the toy). We then took our food and left. At home the large (xL) stacker is so dry not even a 2L cold drink can flash it down! The dogs dit not even eet the food! Burger King! You won't see me ever again. What a waist of money!

Never has the cold drink that is going with the bucket for one. Today is the 3rd time that we did not get the drinks because the masjiene that is not working. To top it all of we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for Zinger wings!
African bank still do a debt order om my account after i have send in my documents and dokters letters to state that i am medically ill ( disability)! I have borrowed money to get food for me and my family! And gess what! African Bank dedicated all that money from my account!! Please African bank please explain to me how do i need to provide for my family! You have send me a message to state that my account is blocked!! This is the worst bank ever!! Please clients please do not get trapped like i did!! The insurance and messages they send means nothing!
African bank insurance department is a joke. I had a stoke on the 7th of November 2019. I have sent all my documents to African Banks insurance department. (numerous times). With all my medical documents on hand at the insurance department, African bank still do not assist with my insurance claim. My doctor and employer decided that i am not fit to work (medically bord/disability) and my employer gave me a letter that i have submitted to African Bank. Now again they want doctors reports. What did you do with all the other reports African bank? If you take a loan at african bank it is a must to take the required insurance on your cost with no hassles! To claim is a different story!! Be very careful with African bank. There is a lot of other banks that will assist you with a loan. With better insurance guaranteed. Kind regards Riaan Myburgh
