Digital Planet Just useless as Their partner FNB between the two i don't know who does not takes their customers more seriously This call was logged last week Monday I was promised it will be resolved by Friday 20 February but look where are we now, someone calling to tell me he will go through the steps to look at problem but every time he calls the phone rings only once or twice and it gets drop, he will send email saying he trying to call me what a bundle of ****.he will make appointment to call me back and never call me on the appointment time and date he will call you when it suits him this happens now two times I want to cancel this phone you make me SICK with you in adequate people if this is not resolved by end business tomorrow I will come to you shop and hand your phone back to you. Please I don't want to deal with anyone at this stage all I want you to cancel everything

I made payment towards my two accounts and needed paid up letters I was told it takes 2 to 3 working days to issue it is now nearly 7 days I followed up and was told to wait another 3 days I need this letters URGENTLY
All I need is my funds to be paid out AF keep on giving me different excuses why it can not be paid.
I am not happy with FNB Debt review department I've send several emails just for them to issue paid up letters and ever since no reply I do have references for those emails

I feel that the service provider consultants does not know what they do. My service was cancelled without my permission when I ask why all of them have no idea who did that. When I followed up they send me to pillar to post all of them refused to escalate my matter to any Manger and promise to return my call I am very disappointed with their so called excellent service
The worst debt review co. In SA they don't reply to your email send from pillar to post.
this so called or self proclaim medical aid must not be in existing any more please. how difficult is it to claim from your fund three months and plus this is how long it takes them not to pay a claim. everytime you submit a requirement they will ask another one three weeks later. THE SO CALLED PRINCIPAL OFFICER WILL NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR CALL OR YOUR GRIEVANCE. YOUR SERV ICE SUCKS. I miss my Discovery medical aid.
My claim I submitted is just been ignored or me as a client is been ignored what do I ne to do to inform me about my claim
