We recently purchased Iwisa Maize Meal from Shoprite Gezina, and while cooking today, I was shocked to discover a pink, round substance in the pot. Further inspection of the bag revealed more of these foreign objects. I've taken pictures as evidence. Notably, the product's expiry date is September 15, 2026. I'm extremely disappointed, as Iwisa was previously my go-to maize meal brand. What's going on, Iwisa?
I placed my order at 16:23pm, it's now 19:18pm and my order is still not delivered. I'm busy wasting my money with the call center and still no solution. I'm really disappointed at Checkers Sixty for this, I'm actually beyond livid!! This is disrespect on so many levels! Had I known my order was gonna take 3 hours to arrive I would have just opted to drive myself there!

Pick n pay ASAP you continue to disappoint me each time I use your services!! Tell me how do you change the delivery time and date without notifying me?? When I initially placed an order at 15:56pm the delivery time was 16:30 -17:00pm and it changed to 17:00pm luckily I took a screenshot this time around. The next thing when I track my order I see time has now changed to the following day at 8-9am😡 Make it make sense please!!! If I knew this prior I wouldn't have proceeded to place the order, I mean I wanted some of the items for dinner! It's now 17:37 So tell me what should happen?? I tried calling your support center and I held in for a good 15 minutes without going through!! No information on your operating hours so one just have to hold on hoping that someone will answer😳 I also hate the fact that my money will still take forever to be refunded. I am so done with Pick n Pay ASAP!! I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!
I wish there was 0 stars to express the level of disappointment I have for Makro!!! My order is supposed to be delivered today and there is no communication on the shipment whatsoever!! I called earlier and Simon said I should follow up later and gave me a ticket number. I called again at 15:29pm and the lady said there is nothing she can help me with and she can't even follow up because she doesn't even know the market place contact details, what is this???! I ordered from Makro and no market place, so who's supposed to get market place contact details? I wanted her name and she immediately hung up on me, is this how you treat your customers? I had plans for that order, it's Xmas presents for my kids and from the 24th of December I won't be home, so tou tell me where and to who will you deliver this items to. I disgusted by the level of treatment I received from this lady agent of yours !! Please get my order here before end of business today the 23rd of December 2024 as per the instruction I received when placing my order!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to Judy at Makro Wonderboom for the outstanding and excellent service she gave me. I had ordered soaps online and only for my order to be canceled because of stock unavailability. Frustrated as I was, I met Judy who checked the stock for me and also went to fetch someone to come and assist me. I was comforted by her level of empathy and willingness to assist even though she doesn't work in that department. I appreciate you Judy and your colleague Nkateko who made sure that I eventually get the quantity of soaps I wanted . Please keep up the great work and extend this type of service to other customers as well. You really walked a mile in my shoes and you understand what customer service is.
I ordered my some clothing at Superbalist in the 16th of October 2022 and delivery date was scheduled for the 22nd of October 2022 at 17H00. It's the 23rd of October 2022 and I have a function, order status still says dispatched to distribution hub, no one to talk to, my kids want their clothes!!! I now look like a bad parent. I am so disappointed at Superbalist, I've never had issues before but this!!!

To say I'm angry it's an understatement!!! I ordered a personalized potplant and a card from Netflorist and they delivered a completely different plant, no card and not even personalized. I call their call Centre and the consultant by the name of Thembakazi had a nerve to tell me that I must always leave a room for disappointments, like what the helllllllll!!!! I mean I have just been inconvenienced and you tell me this?!!! I want Netflorist to compensate me for my Airtime and my petrol driving +-80ks return to Centurion going to fetch something I didn't order. The reason I opted to have gift delivered at my work place it's because my residential address falls under their outlaying areas. I work from home but I had to go to the office to collect this thing. Thembakazi also told me the reason they sent the incorrect potplant it's because they didn't have vases, who did they inform?!! Had I known, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money ordering this thing!! I wish there was an option to attach the pictures of what I ordered versus what I got. I am so disappointed in Netflorist and it turns out many people are also complaining, but I'm here about my own complaint. Now I have to make other arrangements to get another gift from proffesional sources while my money is held by them. I want my money and compensation for wasting my time and making a fool out of me and the insult and disrespect I suffered under your consultant's behavior (Thembakazi) !!!
