Ordered a battery on call at 16:53pm Monday Feb 2nd, I WAS SO DESPERATE ... at 17:17 some guy called Michael 27722487226 calls me and talks a whole lot of stories as to why he can't assist me he's too busy !!! I asked him to give my order to another technician and more stories came up !!! I told him the website says that they work until 10pm I don't mind waiting because I'm travellig long distance, guess what ??? MORE STORIES WHY HE CANNOT COME AT NIGHT !!! Dude took the job knowing very well what it entails, working until 10pm and all and he tells me HE DOESNT WORK AT NIGHT !!! and I wonder how many customers he has left stranded and disappointed because of his LAZINESS !!! PLEASE TELL HIM TO STOP CALLING ME ITS FRIDAY I NEEDED THE BATTERY THE PAST MONDAY !!!
