Purchased a sinotec 32wg6a tv from Makro, it's now 4 or 5 times that I have been back to book the unit for repairs for the same issue of the back light being dim, they cannot replace as they will send in for same repair, what a piece of junk
Absolute rubbish "customer nonexistant care". I have a new contract taken out on black friday, went to the Telkom store after receiving new phone and contract number, requested that they move my existing prepaid Telkom number to the contract on 12 December, got a call from a person on the 21st December to port the Telkom number into the contract, he advised maximum 72 hours, it is now January 4th and I have no service on my original nber which I wanted on my contract. I have had this number for approximately 20 years and now nobody can get hold of me, nor can any of my passwords linked to this number work anymore, I also cannot use whatsapp on the new phone as I need this number to work for my WhatsApp. I call in everyday and get given the excuse of it has been escalated, ask for reasons on why it is taking this long non given, when will it be resolved... They don't know. Please advise if there are any other channels I can escalate through as all I want is my mobile number back even if it is on prepaid. My case ref is 68766581. I am a business owner who is now unreachable.
Order arrived after an hour yet the McDonald's is about 5km from me. Driver swore at me over the phone as he was at the wrong address. I ordered 3 happy meals for kids who where initially excited but then became starved. No covid protocols observed by driver as he had no mask, food was not I sealed bags. Attitude from driver is the worst I have ever experienced, he swore at us saying he is not a GPS to know where he is delivering to. He said it is not his problem and became aggressive. I only gave 1 star as hello Peter doesn't have an option for negative. The scoot app is also terrible, no contact center number only a chat service with no response. How is this company surviving. I Wil now never use any food delivery service, I will go to the store to make my purchase. App doesn't even give you an option to cancel order. Bunch of ****en assholes.
I subscribe to Rain 24/7 services, initially the speeds where ok but recently the speed speeds are appalling. If you try to stream there is huge throttling that nothing plays unless a vpn is used. Had high hopes for this service provider but turned out to be the worst. You better off with MTN or definitely fibre
Had lodged a claim with Loom insurance regarding my 2 mobile phones which where in my bag that was stolen, the bag was in my car on the passenger side floor while i was travelling. I had both front windows half way open when the bag was stolen at an intersection which i was waiting to cross. Loom insurance rejected the claim stating there was no forced entry, had the phone been stolen from me directly would they also expect me to be injured to prove that i was robbed? I suspect the ratings on their website are doctored.
I visited the McDonald's Four ways branch today with my family hoping to get food fast as McDonald's is in the fast food industry, so I thought, much to my dismay and discomfort of my 2 yr old and five year old waiting in the drive thru trying to order a oreo Mcflurry and an ice cream cone. Eventually we get to the order point, they have 2 at this restaurant, and there is no comms whatsoever from the the person who is supposed to take my order. I proceeded to the cashier and placed my order and paid for it, when I get to the next window to pick up my order, the lady handed me the Mcflurry and the ice cream cone and walks away even though I asked for a serviettes, I waited and nobody asked me if my order was correct or if everything was fine but nothing. I then yelled out for another person's attention, I asked who she was and she said she is the manager, I asked her for a serviettes and she provided me with one, I did tell her that the drive thru is in a mess as orders are not being taken at the ordering point there attention to be customer focused is lacking, all this time a total of 15 to 20 minutes to get ice cream in scorching heat of 36 degrees with 2 little ones, a very unpleasant experience, will definitely not visit this branch again.
I have purchased three items from Game Gateway a Samsung 360lt fridge a Samsung 6kg washing machine and a LG 30l microwave on the 26/02/2016. I spoke to the salesman and the fridge and microwave will be delivered to me tomorrow after two weeks delay but they have informed me that they don't have the washing machine in stock nor will they be getting any more. I have paid for these items and I demand you send me the 6kg Samsung washing machine in silver or white 7kg Samsung as this blunder is no fault of mine. I had only budgeted on the price that I paid for in full for the samsung 6k which was R2999 and was informed there was enough stock. How can Game sell items that they don't have. I have been more than accommodating and now I am just frustrated that I have to live without these appliances that I have paid for. I need the washing machine to be delivered to me by latest Tuesday the 1 March or I will pursue legal action as you cannot sell items that you don't have, the oversell is your problem not mine.
