This is absolutely ridiculous service provider on the grounds that we are not being provided a service, continuously calling complaining loging tickets where another isp was contacted and we where told there is no reason our internet should be this bad. For the first month we got approx 80% of our line speed now we struggle to keep 5% we started complaining from the 3rd of November because we thought this to be a area issue but after requesting to speak to managers we are ignored.
Vodacom! I hope you read this and hear me out and try and help me... Your LIKEMINDS is making promises to your customers and not fulfilling them, This is how you loose customers. Ever since I made my upgrade I have been calling back day after day to follow up on the promises of Discounted Data & Minutes. Every time I call they Scuff me off telling me they going to escalate this or that they have not heard about this before or the managers don't know about this and I am still waiting for the voice recording from the upgrade/Sale but I am not getting anything from anyone.
Worst Service Provider EVER! upgraded my Vodacom Contract with them and was promised 90% discount on Minutes, Data. When following up with them on their promise they tell me that person no longer works there hundreds of minutes later every time I call I get told that this matter has been escalated and someone will get hold of me and no one ever does, Today I called again and was told exactly the same thing over again and at a plus they told me that the person who made those promises was dismissed because of those promises but what get put on hold and then put the phone down!
In 2019 I cancelled with Santam, They still debitted my account even thou i was not a member anymore, I logged a dispute with FNB and with santam, three months after Santam didnt get back to me I now have a missed payment on my credit score, I have been on the phone with Santam for two weeks and even emailed bureaudisputes@santam and no one is resolving my 13 Month old issue.

A gift was purchased for me, corsair case and AIO cooler but thr lights where not syncing... icue issues it was called, the commander pro was replaced and tested even tested a part i didnt purchase from them (out of kindness) and while they where showing me that everything works they help me make a purchase to just pay for as they already collected the mouse i wanted. My Galaxy Note 4 has been in repairs at MTN 5 times and it's still not fixed they said they will not work on my phone anymore and made an excuse that the lifting screen was for expansion but the lifting screen causes the return button not to function. The manager at MTN repair centre port elizabeth said he is tired of my phone having spent so much money on it and redirected me to complain here at hellopeter. I am furious that I am paying MTN for this device but I am unable to use it, I have been made aware by Samsung that the device should have been replaced already but it has not been replaced. Could someone from MTN please contact me. The phone has been in repairs for a month now and as MTN repair centre said they won't be repairing my Galaxy Note 4 again.
I posted my complaint 68 hours ago and all I have is a reference number (Your Reference number: 3101435734) why is no one getting hold of me to rectify my problem? My cellphone has been out of order for over a month now it's been in repairs 6 times and I really just want my galaxy note 4 (which I am paying for but not using) please will someone contact me with a solution and not just a reference number?
