Very disappointed with Vodacom and their misleading sales gimmicks. Clients are dangled a carrot like if you buy their data, then you get 2 months YouTube Premium free. What they don't tell you is after you use this offer once, you can never use it again. So any future purchases of data means you get 2 months free YouTube Premium which you CANNOT use anymore. I think this is false advertising and misleading the public. To put things in context, I have purchased data from Vodacom on 3 occasions and received the YouTube Premium code 3x. The 1st code was accepted but next x2 didn't work. Very poor from Vodacom. What's the point of offering this benefit but you can only use it once.
I put through 2x claims in the past 6 months and both claims were rejected... The second rejection email came a day after I was informed telephonically that it was approved. I bought a house about a year ago, after I moved in about 4 months later my gate motor stopped working, I claimed for it but was told because of wear and tear it was rejected and poor maintenance. Second claim was when my palisade fencing fell down because of the heavy winds. That claim was rejected because of wear and tear. I mean, I didn't buy a newly built house. I feel Nedbank looks for ways not to pay. Steer clear, choose another insurer when buying a house.

Worst network provider EVER!!! Continuous fails, drops. I'm so sick of this, I can't wait for my 6months to be up so I can cancel. Everytime it rains, your network is down. I have to keep calling Afrihost and resetting the router. I get reference numbers for repairs and zero follow up from you. As far as I'm concerned, I'm in no way getting what I pay for.
I went in for a paid circumcision. The place looked ***** and seemed more like a backdoor chopshop than a clinic. My ***** was stitched up terribly and now my erect ***** is no bigger than my thumb. My wife and I are not intimate anymore. You stole my manhood and life away.
They simply are the WORST. I can't place a bet because I'm not FICA'd and I can't get FICA'd because their system is not working..... I want my deposit back!!!!

App**** for a credit card but the process has been nothing but painful. Supporting documents sent but system responds as not received. Emailed the documents, got a read receipt but still says not received. Tried the WhatsApp channel but system error. Called through but calls keep getting dropped. How can a bank have such an aweful system of operation. Really considering changing to another bank.....
I am absolutely tired of Vodacom Repairs in Umhlanga. My phone fell and required repairing. I have accidental insurance so i was told to take my phone in to a nearest branch. I booked my phone in at Phoenix Plaza and it was then sent to Umhlanga (Zenith Road) for repairs. My job card no: 20323938. I was then called by the repair centre stating that my phone repairs would cost R6700 and it will be repaired. Let me remind you that a brand new Huawei P30 Lite is about R5000. Just because my insurance policy had a R10 000 limit, they claim they had to repair. Is this not insurance fraud??? Despite my protests I agreed to the repair. Now my real problems begin.... I go to collect my device and I'm given a list of items replaced. Included in that list is a mother board and battery. I'm told that the device will be "like" new. I turn my phone ON and all my apps, pics etc are on the phone. I ask the consultant, how is this possible and he says they backed up my data and just re-installed it. The battery lasts half a day. A few days later my screen goes black and just the date and time is showing on the top right corner. I take the phone back and they guys says it must be the mother board. They book my phone in under the same job card number replace the mother board and battery. My phone battery still lasts on half a day. Now my phone has no reception. I work in Pinetown and have to drive to Umhlanga just to give my phone in. My family and friends on Vodacom network have reception yet my phone reads "Emergency Calls Only". I'm tired of going up and down now. I've been with Vodacom for decades now and I now feel cheated. I feel i should just get a new device and my problems will be over.
Barcelos Engen Pinetown always offers terrible service levels. Plus their food is poor quality, almost as if they give you 3 day old stuff for take-out orders.
