I had a wonderful experience with my best friend at day spa. It is affordable, I went for a full body massage and a foot soak. My expectations were exceeded. thanks to Faith for the experience.
I would like to thank Emmarentia for her friendly service and assistance, she once assisted me with my glasses and also assisted my 7 year son with his glasses. She was so warm and friendly and we really enjoyed the experience. I would 100% recommend her, if you looking to buy affordable glasses.
I have had an unpleasant experience with this business, I placed an order on the 9th Jan 2025 for a math text book that my daughter needed, to date (22 Jan 2025) there is no communication as to the delivery of the book. My daughter is being harassed at school because it is needed. This is terrible service and I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.

Another policy was created *****ulently without my knowledge November 2024 and I have been charged every month yet a funeral policy is supposed to be closed when there is no payment. Hi I am not pleased with Mtn, I took a 3 year phone contract with Mtn for a Huawei p30 from 2020 to 2023 which I paid each and every month without defaulting, upon reaching the end of the contract they called me to take something new and I indicated that I will not be taking anything as I am under financial pressure I asked for the balance and I was told the contract has ended. To my surprise money was being deducted way after the contract had ended, where is the airtime going to because I am not receiving any benefit to that hence I took back my money as the phone had been paid according to the agreement, now the account had been taken the legal department and these people pester me, I constantly ask what is the balance but they refuse to give me the balance just the other day a woman called me to ask when am I paying and I asked what is the balance, she asked for my date of birth which I told her then she told me I was lying, what kind of service are you giving people. Even if I wanted to take another contract with you people I would not give you the business. I just want the complete balance and leave me alone

This review is abit late but I would like to give Mr Price online 5 start review. I bought clothes for my kids for Christmas for the time online as the shops were so full and I was avoiding crowds due to the pandemic. The clothes I received looked exactly like what I saw on the internet and they came on time for Christmas. Keep it up guys

I had made a booking with Travelstart on the 20th February 2020 to Sun City Cabanas which was to take place August 2020. I then made a deposit of R1200 on the 21st Feb 2020. I then cancelled my booking on the 30th March 2020 with Danielle Gounder, she asked for my banking details which I gave her. When I asked when the payment will be made I was told I have to wait until the supplier is back after lockdown, then I will get my money. I was told I will get R900 back on the 2nd of April. Danielle left the business and I have been send emails from July. On the 9th September I was told I will be getting R670 by Nadine which upset me because that is not what I was told initially, she later said on the 5th October 2020 that I would be getting R976.50 and she will advise once processed. On the 7th December 2020 I sent an email asking for my refund, Nadine said they will follow up and advise. Today is the 11th December and am still waiting. I feel like am begging for my own money back, money that I paid and got no value for it. Please pay me my money back so that I cut all ties with this business. I just want my money back, I am tired of send you all emails, having to ask for my hard earned money, I just want my refund back. Honestly I have booked privately I have never had issues, this was the first time I decided to book with travelstart and I regret it, the fact that I have to be running after them and they not giving me proper feedback is really disheartening. I made a booking with you and to be told about a supplier when I want my refund is unfair, I paid you. Whatever issues you have with your suppliers is not my problem, I need my money back.
Am really disappointed and conflicted with this review because I don't understand if Leroy Merlin has bad customer service or they are having system issues. I placed an order for decking tiles on the 21st July which I have received. But then I placed another order for 7 more decking on the 23rd July and 27th July, both orders amounting to R822. 50. To date I have not received an order number, confirmation of order but the money has been deducted from my account. I have sent emails with no response, and they do not answer calls. I have had to make alternative plans as it was an urgent order and now I no longer want to support this business. I only want my money back that's all. I don't recommend it.
