FNB took money from my account twice for a purchase at Leroy Merlin in Fourways. The strange and *****ulent thing is the second transaction went off overnight (5 March 2026) however the purchase at this specific Leroy Merlin was on the 2nd of March 2026. I used my card yesterday at 3 different places and there was only one charge from Leroy Merlin in Fourways, this morning I now suddenly have 2 transactions. And before FNB tries to lie, I should only have 2 Leroy Merlin transactions not 3. I should have a transaction for Leroy Merlin Fourways - R444 (2 March 2026) and a transaction for Leroy Merlin Centurion - R548 (4 March 2026), instead I currently have 3 transactions Leroy Merlin Fourways - R444 (4 March 2026), Leroy Merlin Fourways - R444 (4 March 2026) and a transaction for Leroy Merlin Centurion - R548 (4 March 2026)
My order was “picked up” as part of the return process on the 16th of February 2026. From their very own communication it will take 3-5 days for my money to be refunded. When I queried the refund I was told it is 7-14 days, when I asked how it would take that much time if I didn’t pay by eft. Mariam stopped responding thereafter Case ref : 2F5U2 (14/02/2026) Case ref ; 2GD7U (22/02/2026) Case ref : 2H1V4 (26/02/2026)
The agent that assisted me was absolutely amazing. It didn’t take more than 10 minutes for her to call me after I had requested an emergency tow. The first thing she wanted to find out was am I safe and am I in a place where I can safely speak to her so she can get an understanding of where I am and what type of tow I need. From the time I put in the request for an emergency tow to getting the car home took around 1 hour and 30 minutes in rush hour traffic. She also kept my emergency contact up to date with everything. In the stress of having my tyre bursting on the highway her name slipped my mind however please let the lady who assisted with towing a Mazda from Midrand to Pretoria (25/12/2025) that she is amazing and a stellar example of customer service and care. Truly appreciate how she assisted me
I want the 1200 rands FNB stole from my account. I made a payment yesterday, the first transaction declined. I therefore decided to use a different card to attempt the payment again and it went through on the second card. The place I was making a purchase IN STORE NOT ONLINE, gave me the declined receipt as proof that it declined. I even have a reversal email from FNB after I came back and then like ******* in the night FNB stole the declined transaction amount. I paid with 2 different cards so it would be easily identifiable if they do this and this amount is the ONLY purchase o made yesterday. I did not use it again for anything. I want my money before the end of today with the charges I incurred for bounced debit order The other thing that shows just how much FNB IS ****MING THE REVERSAL WAS REMOVED FROM MY BANKING APP BUT I HAVE THE EMAIL THEY SENT
High level ****! The only thing that works with this company is their ability to deduct money that’s all. Everything else is not any bit their business. Sent a message on their “fast WhatsApp line” regarding not being able to purchase activation, sent the message at 08:43 and received a response at 14:54 to logout and login again that’s how incredibly fast they are. Paid 440 for “access”, but somehow I still have no access. Sent a message on the live chat and the response received was basically “shame, can’t help though”. Honestly the worst service ever. If you need reliable always connected and easy query resolution look else where. This is not it! This a just a money making scheme
Spoke to the most rude billing customer service agent who acted like it was a c**** to answer questions about my billing. The call was between 09:44 - 09:46 and he was rather rude and speaking about a completely different contract. CONTRACT CANCELLED! CANCELLED since it is a c**** for the consultants to do their job, 1 less contract will help them to not have to do much
Honestly the customer service at Outsurance is appalling to say the least. I put through a request for a tow, not tow from an accident scene, just a normal tow because my car is not turning over. I was called by someone who was having a good old chat with someone while I was on the line. Issue number one She then said she is calling because I put a tow request and I confirmed that yes I need a tow because my car won’t start. She then said before she can help I need to tell her what is wrong with the car. I explicitly said it is not turning on I am not a mechanic I don’t know why it’s not turning on that’s why I called for a tow instead of trying to fix the car myself. I do not see the logic in wanting to know what is wrong with the car before you send a tow truck, not a mechanic, A TOW TRUCK! If the car had been in an accident I would understand the logic behind that because I would require to necessary approvals from the police to release the car. BUT FOR A TOW FOR A CAR THAT WONT TURN OVER IN A SHOPPING MALL PARKING I FIRST NEED TO BE A MECHANIC AND DIAGNOSE MY CAR’S PROBLEM BEFORE I AM PROVIDED A SERVICE THAT I PAY FOR AND HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND NOT A SINGLE CLAIM IN ALL THAT TIME. IS THIS THE SAME PROCEDURE THAT WOULD BE USED IF I WAS STRANDED AT NIGHT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD? I will be cancelling my insurance ASAP because clearly I’m paying for a document that proves I have insurance to my finance house but as far as actual insurance services OUTSURANCE IS NOT ABOUT THAT
I placed an order yesterday for delivery at 19:31 (318/ST17906449), with a delivery promise of 20:20 (the store I ordered from is 10 minutes or less from my place of residency). At 20:30 I attempted to contact the store and the number took me straight to customer care. I called at the very least 5 times, on a few instances the option 2 - delivery tracking it was not picked up and hung up, I used the order option and I was transferred to another line that immediately hung up. After these attempts I drove to the store while attempting to get answers from customer service. The last agent I spoke to intentionally **** saying that the driver was on their way arriving at my property soon, however they were unaware that I was at the store with my order in my hand at 20:50 and the delivery driver had only arrived at that time to collect my order. 30 minutes after I should have received my delivery. I would like to point out that Nandos adds a surge charge for delivery orders this is on top of the delivery fee. I was not refunded that money and I had to go collect my order myself so essentially I was charged for a delivery order but I had to collect it 30 minutes after promised delivery. No one has contacted me to rectify this issue, so essentially Nandos stole 45 rands from me
I paid for my license disc via the FNB app on 23/11/2024. Between FNB and Skynet I have not received my license disc as at 28/11/2024, running the risk of getting traffic fines due to my license disc that has not been received. The delivery “discount” is not worth the hassle when Natis charges only 34 rands more than FNB for delivery but ensures that the licence disc is received within 24 hours
My license disc ordered through FNB was due to be delivered on 27/11/2024. After waiting the whole day with no communication for when the delivery would take place I had to leave my place of residence to attend to an urgent matter and only then did the delivery driver arrive, I asked him to leave the package with security or return today 28/11/2024 . The driver agreed that they will return today (28/11/2024), I have received no communication from Skynet today with regards to delivery. They have my vehicle’s confidential information with them (i.e the package to be delivered) and I now run the risk of getting traffic violations for driving a vehicle without a valid license disc and they will for sure refuse to be liable for those traffic fines that occurred to due to their poor service bearing in mind that they had my license disc since 24/11/2024 and the first time they attempted delivery is 27/11/2024 for a license disc that Natis delivers in one day.
