Horrible experience
Horrible experience with African bank ,got there 10 minutes before 1pm and they already closed the doors .....they don't take their clients seriously ...un professionl with their outdated app that is not user friendly

Pathetic service
Pathetic and Unprofessional Drivers... The driver is a **** they ddnt attmpt to deliver my parcel but says they tried calling me.. And had my phone all the time even on call records theres no such..... I NEED THAT PARCEL ASAP

Pep Ghandi square Johannesburg has the most professional cashier , the lady is always eager to assist and Ive went to many pep stores without getting any assistance .....but the lady by the name of Mpho always go an extra mile ....its even hard to go to any other Pep stores ........

African Bank is bad ....my account has been debited 3 times for funeral cover that is up todate .....such inconvinience!!!!!! The contact centre promts are not user friendly they chow airtime m stuck in a middle of Nowhere I neeed my money back
