Went to go buy a phone for my daughter at Highveld mall Pep Cell and the service I got there was unacceptable, the cashier/salesperson’s attitude to forwards me was horrible I felt so small mind you I was there to spend my money but it seemed like I was spending they money and the most terrible thing is that they didn’t even give me a SIM card with the phone I brought when I called him to inform them they also gave me an attitude over the phone telling me to report them on customer care which I did and the lady I spoke to told me that the area manager will be in contact with me mind you this happened on the 28th of May now its the 6th and none has contact me what type of service are you providing to us huh?!this is truly unacceptable and horrible I’m never, I mean never going back to that hell store and as for the cashier Sandile fix your attitude course when you work with people you never act that way…!!!!!!Management and area manager please start doing what is right for the business times are tough now,I’m still very angry with the level of service I got!!!!!!!!!
Morning,I’m very unhappy with McDonald’s in main reef the employees there are not treated according to procedure…you can’t just send someone to an enquiry without giving them a warning first so procedure and protocol isn’t followed,I’m a manager myself and I don’t think the right procedure was followed when they suspended Njabulo not sure of his surname.The poor guy is sitting at home jobless while an investigation wasn’t done so can the law take its course,this is truly unacceptable!!all retail stores are suppose to follow procedure can we be fair on this one please,if CCMA or Labour needs to come in so be it this is truly an acceptable…if I had my way I would hire that guy since his a hard worker and everyone makes mistakes and even the manager of that store does a lot of mistakes which haven’t been mentioned
I feel so disappointed and ashamed,went to Sportscene at Sandton City all the staff were not wearing they face masks and from my understanding Sandton is one of the Hotspots of COVID-19...I don't know if the staff there realize that this thing is real and alot of people have lost their lives course of it,I'm just disappointed and need someone to sort this out or else I'll get the department of health involved
I'm so disappointed in Cell c,the customer service is very bad yes I understand that at some point I was wrong but I fixed my mistake and now since they got they full payment I lost my old number and the benefits I was getting which isn't fair course I paid them in full and in that case I have to be the one doing a follow up regarding this matter which is frustrating and unfair to me,so I want Cellc to sort this out and I want my benefits and my old number back that I paid for that's all I'm asking for...I'm sick and tired of calling plus going to the store and not getting any help I can't take this nonsense anymore or else I must get my money back and let us part ways
I'm so disappointed by the service that a person gets from department of labour,it's been 2 whole months that I have applied for maternity uif but still no luck in getting the money in my account even go to the department of labour near me to get answers but nothing.This is really frustrating going up and down with a premature baby & standing long lines to get nothing at the end for money I have been paying from 2011 to get such no way I need that money and have bills to pay
I would like to compliment the staff of Dr Sk Matseke memorial hospital NICU for the wonderful job that they doing my daughter Senzenhle Mhlanga was admitted there on the 10th of July 2020 course she was premature,I must say that they did a wonderful job in keeping my daughter safe and strong up until the last day...Dr K Mnisi,sister Khosi,Sister Sibongile,Sister Happy and the rest of the other sisters I'm truly happy and greatful of the wonderful job you have done me and my husband are truly happy and wish that the Lord almighty continues to bless all of you...I can't thank you enough but God will reward all of you in due time, please continue with the great job that you doing oh not forgetting sister Mpho who was looking after me for the time I was admitted after giving birth Thank Mphoza you were one of the kind
A week later and still haven't heard a thing from multichoice,well I have paid my account for the 3rd time last week...so the only thing I want is the 2rd payment that I made on the 26th of March,if you can just give it back course I don't have money to throw around for nothing.This is irritating under the circumstances we living under and you get people who won't do they jobs as expected
I must say that I'm deeply disappointed in the service I've been given by the constants of multichoice (Dstv).My service was suspended last week after making 2 different payments at Sandton City on the 26th of March 2020,I called the call center to find out the issue and the resolved it in the spot but what irritates me the most is that I wake up this morning and my service has been suspended again and when I call the call center now the tell me that they only see 1 payment!!how is the possible I demand an explanation for all of this!!!then the damn constant hangs up in my ear what kind of customer service is that huh?!
I have never been so disgusted and irritated course of the service I got @Mr Price Sandton City,the manager there doesn't even know what the hell is going on in that store...how long does a person have to wait to get just 2 pairs of shoes that where sat aside a day ago not even a day ago a couple of hours.This is unacceptable seriously wasting 30 damn minutes of my time and leave that store without any shoes and be told to come back @21:00pm what the hell is that?I'm not happy @all
Went to Cresta mall this afternoon to exchange a face cream that was purchased last week by my mother course she brought the wrong thing and just wanted the right thing nothing more since the item was brought by account,I explained to the manager there who's name is Gugu that my mother is blind and can't walk for a long distance well @Jabulani Mall they don't have the particular item that I'm looking for since it's the closest store that my mother could go to,but I decided to take the prove of purchase so that I can get the right item from Cresta since I work close to the mall but what this woman said to me I couldn't understand telling me that I should come with my mother there to exchange but if it was clothes she was gonna exchange it for me,what I don't understand is that why couldn't she just exchange the item course I have the prove of purchase...she made me feel as if I stole the damn thing,I'm sure that if it was a person of another race she would have given her what she wanted,I'm very disappointed and angry that I wasted my time to go all the way there and not get what I went there to get!!!I've never gotten any good service from the staff of foschini ever since and I'm sure as hell will never go buy there again!!!I just want this nonsense sorted out ASAP
