Worst company for debt review process. And name change from Debt Restruct to My Debt Hero. Why? I had terrible experiences with them. They paid SAHL late, to the point where SAHL is going to cancel the arrangement because i am defaulting. They also made wrong payment amounts. I also revieved communications meant for other clients. Ended up paying SAHL directly. My arrangement period is now up - i reached out to them twice to start the process to have me removed. First time i got a letter from them stating they have no information if my process is completed because i stopped paying them( debt restruct - now my debtnightmare). Emailed them twice in September even looked for the director/owner's name and emailed him. no response on them removing me from debt review. today is a month after my second email to them asking to remove me from debt review. My advise - STAY away from them They charge almost R1000 a month to make wrong and late payments and send your information to other clients. And then ignore you when you ask them to remove you from debt review after you struggled with their professionalism for almost 3 years
If I could give a minus review I would. You are never able to get hold of them. They lie when they say they cannot reach you. they do not even come out to the delivery address to deliver the parcel. I work from home so I am home EVERY DAY!!! And then when you complain on the website you get contacted by ****mers that wants your banking info... I am beginning to wonder if they are like the Jhb Airport where your luggage or portion of your luggage disappears.. REALLY BAD COMPANY
So i purchased a 19 KG bottle of gas and a 9kg. The 19 KG was standing in my lounge and I just smelt gas. I broke the seal and connected it to my gas stove. used a match to test it and the whole thing went up in flames. I disconnected the bottle and took it outside immediately called the company. They wanted to come into my house and test my stove because according to them it was my regulator - i told them i was not comfortable. Asked them if i could bring the bottle the saturday but i had a family medical emergency and whatsapped them asking if they could come and fetch it instead. they only read and responded on 2 May. I was waiting for them and sent them a message yesterday I wanted a refund and the 16kg exchanged for my original empty 19 kg and my money back, now i am the one that is in the wrong - they refuse to refund me my full amount- they will only refund me for the gas left in the bottle. it is not my fault that the bottle is leaking.
The most unreliable courier company ever. My parcel was booked out at the hub this morning at 06:27:05 and was returned to hub one minute later with an excuse of NO ACCESS.. I mean really it did not even leave their hub to come to me. My brother had the same experience where they said they could not get hold of him. He was sitting outside waiting for them. It took a week for him to get his parcel.
Our company has made use of Loonatics on a regular basis. They are always willing to help, always available and excellent service
I tried reporting a batch of burnt rusks to their website which did not go through kept coming up with an error. i then sent an email to the email address on the website - giving them the info about the batch number etc. to date i have not heard back from them. I am definitely NEVER going to buy their products again. And I will make sure all my friends and family know about their substandard products and customer care
I have a signed approved agreement with the City of Tshwane. Approved by their Director of Credit Control. And they have it approved by one of their consultants who apparently left the company. Herewith a copy of the text message i got from them this morning -- Good day . You have ignored all previous requests for payment of your overdue City of Tshwane Account. Your Failer to pay an amount of R 38 259.53 for the account 2031705671 within SEVEN(7) days will results in the termination of your services. Contact : Thulisile on 0104491931 / 010 449 1931 or WhatsApp/Call 084 6752140 or e-mail thulisile@mrhconsult.co.za. Quote ref , Mrh I phoned the number included asking for contact information of their directors and spoke to a lady I could barely hear what she was saying because of background noise i told her I could not hear and she put the phone down in my ear. I called back the lady i spoke to refused to give me her name and said she did not have to tell me who she was. Then she eventually told me she is a manager and her name is Lebogang. I was then informed that the text message was a delayed message that should have been sent ont he 9th when they called me. I still want to speak to one of their directors about this.
I am being harassed by a lady called Thulisile from MRH Consult a debt collecting lawyer employed by the CoT. I have a written arrangement approved by the Director of Debt Collections of the CoT. Just got a text message from this lady Good day . You have ignored all previous requests for payment of your overdue City of Tshwane Account. Bearing in mind I have not defaulted on my arrangement ONCE since it was signed. Making me wonder if they in other words the consultants get a portion of the money recovered
I was approached in December to change my Decmber debit order date. I consented and signed the debit date for December to be 28 December. The debit went off my account on 28 December. and this is the email and text message I got tonight... Good day I regret to inform you that your debt review payment was unsuccessful. Please urgently make contact with me as your creditors can not be paid based on your new payment plan and therefore we are unable to help you. Please note that the following benefits are now inactive: Blacklisting protection Protection against legal action One smaller payment Protection of assets If you are unable to make the payment we will be forced to terminate your agreement and notify your creditors. This does NOT mean that you will be removed from debt review. You will stay active under debt review however your payment plan will lapse and your creditors will revert to the original installment and interest rates. And why you felt the need to change the date for December? I am highly disgusted. I even got the text message and the email with the statement. So what happened from getting the confirmation text message and confirmaiton email statement to today where my money is not in your bank account??????????
Absolute waste of money/ They are useless legally - you join and then they tell you they cannot help you because what you are asking help for happened prior to joining them. Why do they not tell you things like that in their tv ads or in their contracts. DO NOT WASTE YOR MONEY ON THEM!!!!!
