Upon recieving the replacement vehicle, over 2 weeks later (The deposit is still outstanding). Past Friday a Taxi hit the car's fender. I was intimidated by the people in the taxi who did not share insurance and personal details. Later that day the cluth packed up. First charged me R2850 to tow the car to Palmona, R4100 Access and 825 access fee. I would like to exquire why First such an expensive tow truck when I reported their car to be. I also want to know the balance of the accesses as 3 cars changed hands
I took my newlaptop which monitor did not work to Pinnacle (Makro). Issue occurred on the 25 Sep. Pinnacle says that I have to wait another 7-14 working days for them to pass credit to Makro eventhough it is broken. I cannot work
I Bought a 30litre Hicense microwave. The warranty is 2 years. 7 months after the warranty ended the inside of the microwave is rusted and Hisense can not repair. My family's health is now at risk because of the internal rust. This is a pricy appliance (over R3000) and I refuse to throw it away where cheaper microwaves last longer than 2 years and 7 months. I reported to Hicense yesterday. Please assist me with my machine and explain why is is rusting. Why won't hisenese repair thier own products?
Reservation: 95I2H7. I extended a ticket on the SAA website for R606 Rands and paid online, SAA deducted R982 from my credit card account. They admitted fault and were supposed to refund me but did not.
23 Oct 23 I was unable to contact efiling contact centre to submit my tax return. I was able to get through to SARS and was able to submit 24 Oct 2023. SARS penalised me R1000 despite me not being able to contact them on 23 Oct 2023 I have been with SARS on the phone the whole day and they do not know how to dispute this penalty. I also need help to file my tax return for this year
Bought dog hammock for the car which i found was torn when I opened the bag. Takealot has declined to refund or exchange torn brand new hammock.
My phone has been non operational since 29 June (refer Samsung repair Centre All Electronics) this is within the Samsung Replacement timeframe (6months) It is now 23 July 2024 and the phone "SIM card reader 1" still does not work. As 29th June was within replacement timeframe I do not understand why Samsung will not replace the handset. I have asked Samsung today why they mislead their clients. @Samsung, please honour your 6 month replacement timeframe on new phones. The phone was purchased in January
I submitted a claim 7th July for Dr which has not paid to me yet . Last week I called Discovery and they said I must await for funds to clear by 19th July. This did not happen. According to Discovery website and App the R995.85 was paid. This however STILL DOES NOT REFLECT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT!
SIM Card reader 1 is not working on my Samsung. I took the phone to Samsung Repairs as it is only a few months old. Samsung told me the phone is blocked (according to: vspblackling@ vodacom.co.za). I went to the MTN Sandton store a few weeks ago and they told me that my phone is not blocked. I called MTN again today and they now say the phone was blocked but they do not know why they blocked it. This has been ongoing for almost a month and I have been an MTN subscriber for many years - never have I had this issue before I need to know the following: 1) Why was my phone blocked 2) What is the process to unblock it
I took my phone in for repair to Samsung as the SIM card reader 1 is not working. Samsung came back with a report showing that the phone is blacklisted. I emailed vspblacklisting @ vodacom .co.za on 9th July to unblacklist my phone. They responded that they would get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and Vodacom have not gotten back to me.
