Adri was overwhelmed to receive her beautiful flowers when she arrived home after the funeral of her dear daughter. Words are not always enough to convey the sudden loss of a daughter. The delivery time by Net Florist was perfect, just when she got back home after the funeral which was a long way from her home.
I purchased a Bennet Read vacuum cleaner for our rental flat in March 2023. In October our Tennant informed me that the machine was not working properly and it was making a weird sound. I logged a call and requested a replacement. Takelot collected the vacuum cleaner on 31 October 2023. I received emails on 7,11, November apologizing for the delay in the delivery of the machine. On 16 November I was getting concerned and tracked the waybill which indicated that the vacuum cleaner was delivered and my issue has been concluded. I sent a WhatsApp to the Tennant who informed me that she did not receive it. I then followed up with the courier and I was informed that that waybill does not belong to me but another person with a different phone number. Yesterday I succeeded in contacting Takelot telephonically and was assisted by a lady called Bernie who promised she would follow up and would send me an email as soon as she have some answers. I am still waiting for that email. I would prefer to have a full refund and not buy appliances from Takelot ever again. This payment was reported as a fraud on Fri 23sep22 The transaction and the card were canceled. Upon collecting my new card at the Northgate branch, I was again assured that this transaction was fraudulent and was blocked. Nevertheless, this transaction was acted upon and the R566.37 was paid from my account to Amazon Marketplace on 27sep22 This was done without further notification either by SMS or e-mail from FNB. This transaction was never authorized. The transaction with which this is linked ie R3400 to take lot never gave any indication that a 3'rd party was involved and would levy a significant additional fee. Had I been informed of this I would not have proceeded with the purchase from Takelot. I view the giving of my banking details by Takelot to this invisible third party as a gross infringement of my personal privacy. I believe this to be against the law in RSA. Our Samsung washing machine after 11 years, was so to speak giving up the ghost, or so we thought. My husband and I were sure that this was the machine's end of life. However, in light of my previous dealings with Mark at the Parkhurst shop, I persuaded my husband to have an assessment done and see if it could be repaired. Mark was more than eager and said he would collect and asses at no charge.I received a quote a day later and received my repaired washing machine two days later. Does Take alot allow Amazonmktplace access to the customer's banking details without authorization? My husband bought batteries from Takelot on 23 September online. This transaction was authorized by my husband on the FNB App on his laptop. Shortly after that, another invoice came through on my husband's Fnb statement from Amznmkt Place for an amount of R566.37 which he did not recognize, and claims that he did not do any transactions with this service provider. He immediately phoned the bank who then insisted that this card should be canceled immediately. Fnb said they would investigate these charges . The charges seem to be still pending to date. Should the bank respond and prove that Takelot allows a third party to debit a credit card that was entrusted to them, this would amount to fraud. After all our dealings with Takelot, my husband would be forced to sever all future dealings with Takelot. The Pension fund Adjudicator-AWOL 15//04/2021 Good Day, My name is Ursula Festus-Reid and I am assisting Ms Pauline Williams in claiming her pension from her previous employer, Continental Motors and Canopy in Brooklyn Koeberg, The Employer deducted Pension Funds from Ms Williams’ salary but did not pay it over the fund administrators, namely Mibco. Mibco was notified, investigated, and the case was handed over to The Pension Fund Adjudicator. The case was handed to Sandile Mathetwa who confirmed by e-mail that he was tasked with managing the case and promised to keep us up to date. The Employer was given a deadline to respond which was 18 March 2021. This did not happen and it appears that this is not being followed through and Ms Williams will never get her pension money from Continental Motors and Canopy and the Employer will not be criminally charged. I e-mailed Mibco(bargaining council) and Mifco( Motor Industry Fund Administrators) in the hope that they could assist, but they say that it is the mandate of the Pension Adjudicator to resolve this issue. Ms Williams is one of many employees that is affected by this company’s criminal deed. The case was given a reference. Reference: WC\00071986\2020 ). This case was handed over to the Pensions adjudicator in November 2020. This was confirmed by an email that was sent by Sandila Mathewta who informed me that the case was assigned to him. Unfortunately Pauline or I have not been able to successfully contact Sandile as he is either out of the office or at times nobody answers the phone at the office. Whilst I can understand that during the period of Covid office staff works from home , but there should be nothing stopping them from answering e-mails. The last time I could speak to a Colleague that happened to be at the office was two weeks ago. The feedback was that the Employer was supposed to respond to Sandile on 18 March 2021. However, according to the case, details did not comply. Good Day, I bought this Verimark vacuum cleaner (Genises Cyclone) in August 2020 from Take lot. Unfortunately, it falls out of the 6-month warranty as indicated by Take a lot (by 2 months). The reason why I delayed in logging the call was that I thought the cutting out would eventually phase out, which was not the case and it just got worse. The Supplier should take action if an item that they sold is defective and not rely on a warranty to escape accountability. This is the e-mail I sent to Takelot requesting a replacement or a refund. I was convinced by all the good reviews on this item that it was the best buy. The first issue was that it cut out after 15 minutes of vacuuming and I had to wait for at least 15 minutes for the vacuum cleaner to restart. After I googled it, it appears that was just overheating and this is normal. However, as time went on it cuts out more frequently. The second issue is even if I clean the machine regularly the head does not have the sucking power to suck up the dirt from a carpet. Without the head, it seems to have all the suction power. There is an obvious manufacturing fault . I am not happy with this vacuum cleaner and would like to have it replaced. The vacuum cleaner has not been damaged in any way and the appearance is still the same as when I received it. Your earliest response would be appreciated. Alternatively, please recommend a better vacuum cleaner for me to purchase and refund me for the existing one. Your earliest response would be appreciated. It would overheat within a minute and shut itself off, and only restart 10 minutes later again. For another minute Winnie 7 June 2020 Very annoying machine, after cleaning two bedrooms you need to clean it and allow it to rest. It packed up after using it for 4 days. Have sent it back to Verimark. This is a decision I regret deeply

My Tennant who is from the UK and working from our house did not have access to the internet since then. I called -011-397700 the customer support on which an automated answering machine informed me that I was no 18 in the queue and the estimated waiting time is 30 minutes, I received this response at @11:12am I cannot believe the poor service! How is it that nobody responds to these mothers that are having such horrific experiences? I think we should take it to Carte Blanch or Fixit so that the problem can be investigated and these issues resolved. This is clearly not in line with our Constitution...
