3 Days after ordering online (AND paying) I still don't have an idea when the products I purchased will be delivered. I have emailed, no response. I have phone 4 times now and each time the "Online Manager" isn't there. When I got hold of him eventually he couldn't give me an answer and promised to phone back. Two calls where he made the promise and still no feedback.

This guy: William Machitiso, absolutely brilliant! He did everything right. Only comment is that Discovery Insure should partner with a battery replacement service.
I had a Covid test nearly 2 months ago and can't claim it back because Dischem won't send me a normal statement that is needed to claim from Discovery. I have mailed and phone and phoned and nothing. Not even the decency to say they are busy.
Guys be very very VERY careful of this service. Absolute crooks.I ordered over 2 weeks ago and they dien’t deliver and haven’t reimbursed me yet! Worst of all is their’ support channels are all electronic so each time you raise the complaint nothing is done and you simply get an email saying that the ticket has been resolved. Horrible, horrible experience - stay FAR away!
I switched on my service in mid-October. I was quoted at R405. I cancelled on 30 October 2019. I have proof. On 5 November R1214 has been subtracted from my wife’s debit order. 15+ calls later and I still haven’t received the money that was subtracted in error (R809) back in my wife’s account. Isn’t theft illegal? All one can phone is the call centre and nothing gets resolved.
It seems the latest is that you can't cancel services. Their' systems doesn't update correctly and then they still require you to pay bills. Also these disputes that are promised to be resolved within 30 days doesn't happen. I have had ZERO communication from these Telkom kids. All they do is promise that they will escalate and then nothing happens. This must, by far, be the worst service I have had in my entire life and it is a company I would love to support because they drive transformation.
<p>I looked at the Vitality website on 14 April to see how much points I can get for hiking. So I went hiking and should have received 450 points. I only received a 100 points. So I logged a query online on 20 April and received no reference number, nada. Just an email saying they will reply in 24-72 hours. On the 2nd of May I still had no correspondence from them. So I phoned and waited for 8 minutes just to SPEAK with someone. When I finally did the discovery person said I should mail screenshots to an email address they provided. The person said a reference number will be sent to me. Two weeks passed. Again, nothing, nada. So I again phoned and again waited nearly 10 minutes to speak to someone. This time I got a reference number and when I phoned this morning, guess what, nothing has happened. This is another week down the line. Now when I look on their (new) website the old table that I downloaded on 14 April is gone. Discovery never sent a mail saying that the old tables are irrelevant. Hence, they change things that has quite a large financial implication, willy nilly without any correspondence. If I don't hear anything from Discovery by the end of today I will take this further. </p>
AVOID: Midstream Mediclinic's Emergency Room - The Pharmacy isn't open for long periods over weekends so rather go to Unitas! My poor, preganant wife (with twins) had to endure hours of discomfort and anxiety due to this really weak service. Paying private rates for public sector service standards. NOT COOL, BEWARE!
