My mother took a plan last year November with you guys. She cancelled with discovery and we summited medical certificate to waive waiting period that was not done as she still has 0 balance on her card. Your whatsapp chat is useless as for each message you get a response after 2 hours. she is not getting any help
I called your call centra on Monday 14/07/25 asking for closure of a paid off loan account and credit card limit decrease. Two service request were logged 9465301408 for loan closure which was resolved and loan close and second one 9465301338 which was never resolved. I spoke to three different people on whatsapp all kept saying they escalating. I then decided to call your call center and I was told not service request of 9465301338 is on file yet I received sms providing the reference. I ask for a team leader and was placed don hold for almost 20 min until the call was dropped and still nothing done. What kind of service is this. Can my limit be reduced as I have requested.
Please assist i have been asking for a refund from CNN Tshabalala Haelix Laboratories. I sent emails, I called and spoke to them on WhatsApp but still nothing since March. Now I can't get hold of them.
I keep getting a message that my payment has declined and im being charged extra amounts on my payment I have two orders. One was placed on the 20/04/2025 at Makro Strubensvally for R3080.30 and 3 equal installments of 1026.78. I paid first installment with purchase. 2nd one was paid in may. Last payment was paid in June as per African bank statement attached but I keep getting notifications that payment declined and i see the payment keeps going up. Second order was done on the 13/06/2025. I paid first installment with the order and second installment was paid on the 25/06/25. Last payment is suppose to be due on the 20th of July. However this order shows as fully paid and the previous order which is supposed to be full paid shows as if its not paid. Please rectify this and reverse all charges on my account I chat with Yinela she said she escalated and never came back. I sent email got a reference 4048929 but no feedback. I tried calling it says your agent can't take calls
My mother paid an amount of 1200 on the 24/03/25. She went to the store and I sent email to all the jet email addressed including payments @rcs together with POP for payment allocation. Till today nothing has been done.
I have an account with telkom, they decided to debit me every two months instead of monthly, then they put my account under collection and charge collection fees. They last debited me on the 19/06/24 even today my account is still under collection payment not allocated, ive been calling since tuesday they kept saying they will allocated payment. i have been wanting to cancel my contract for last 3 month but i cant because my account is always under collection. i spoke to 4 ***********'s consultants who drops the line on my ear when i asked for their leaders. Every time i want a team leader i get told they knocked off and the will call me whenever they get my call back request. i was promised that Clive, team leader will call me on Wednesday, he didn't. i called again on Thursday was told Mr Magubane, team leader, he didn't. Today the 12/07/24 i called again payment not allocated still, i asked for team leader, i was told she is working from home and they cant confirm when she can call me. what service is that
Their service is excellent. I was speaking Dawid, wow I'm speechless. Very efficient friendly and patient. He gave me exceptional service. I could just imagine his smile posture and willingness to help on the call
I called bankmed because i needed clarity regarding something on my current, at first i got consultant who just gave brief answer and not full information. Then i called again and got amazing consultant by the name of Emihle. He was exceptional and very patient and explained everything in detail.. He really went over and above and i left happy and satisfied. Keep it up Emihle
Wow I made two orders on two different days and within 7 days both orders were delivered in good condition, nothing missing. Happiness all the way
