Good day. Last year I was foned by mantsha Mo***eng. And she promised me that they will sort out my debt and also clear my name from debt review, I like a fooled believed her and signed up with them. She said it's gonna cost me R795 over 8 months but they will me cleared by then. It's now 8 months and I'm still where I was 8 months ago nothing was done. Every month they just send me the following sms "Good day We have again followed up with the Creditors regarding outstanding information If they still do not respond within 14 working days, we will contact you to do a conference call to get the information we need We will keep you advised of developments Debt Repair Solutions Team." I'm still waiting for that conference call. I contacted them last month again to tell them to cancel the contract and refund my money because they have done absolutely nothing for me but they getting money every month. I was given an email and told to mail them to request cancellation, which I did and that was the 9th of January 2025. Upto today I haven't heard a word from them. When I messaged them over WhatsApp I was told it takes time to process. And I didn't hear a word from them. Every time when I WhatsApp them they say they gonna line me up with their accounts department. Then I don't hear of them the whole day even if I message.again. then the following morning I get a message to say the chat was closed due to no action but they the ones not replying. I told them that I feel I was conned and taken for a ride. I'm writing this review to let you know what kind of company this is and I also wonder how many other people the conned this way. I just want to thank her for her concern she showed with the passing of my wife and sharing my exsperience with her was a big help for me emotionally even though she didnt realise it. i feel that im to her more then just a client she makes me feel like a VIP . always very polite and speak or chat to you with the biggest respect unlike many others that treat you like just another client or a number on their system. thank you KAYLINN AHMED for having my back. may God always protect you n ur family and take you from strength to strenght and always be that sweet girl that you are/
I've switched over from nedbank to fnb about 4 months ago. I'm happy with the service they provide and with their bank charges. Although there's a couple of things that I think they can improve on. Like when u on the secure chat they switch u from one agent to another without warning and for no reason at all and also once they reply they take forever to keep the conversation going. That's very frustrating. The other thing is reversal of ewallet transactions. I lost a lot of money through that. I'll tell u what happened. I advertised something on the net to sell. The buyer came to me looked at the product and payed me via ewallet. Little did I know that he can immediately reverse that transaction by only paying R16 . I only found that out when I want to the ATM to withdraw the money only to find out there was no money. I contacted fnb n they told me about this immediately reversal. I think fnb should really be more stricter in that matter. Otherwise the conman out there is going to take big advantage of this. And that cost me alot of money.
I went to truworths on Saturday to do a return but the line was very long. To my surprise a lady came around and asked what we there for. Some people just wanted to pay others bought as well. They actually had the courtesy to open 2 tills for payments only so that the line could move faster. I was very impressed because it shows that they care for their customers. The store was very neat even though there were a lot of people in the store. They also adhered to strict covid rules. I felt very comfortable and was dealt with in a very respectful manner. They made u feel like u are the client.
I always have the most pleasant experience with the agents of Nedbank, whether it is over the chat or call center they always resolves my issues. Well trained staff. Keep up the good work guys and galz
I had an issue with regards to reconnecting my service and was assisted by Lauren January who was to the point I tell u. She's really an asset to vuma because she really went that extra mile to resolve the problem. She was very helpful, patient, made me feel like the client, ect. Because of her professionalism I would recommend anyone to use vuma.
I had a funeral policy with sanlam that I took out last year. We submitted all the required documents for them to stop the deductions and that was almost 3 months ago but they stil deducted money from my account. I contacted them and again gave them the required documents. The refunded the money the deducted. But now the still deducting money from my account for the same policy. I don't know what to do anymore for them to stop the deductions.
I was contacted by a wonderful young woman by the name of kaylinn Smith. She's an financial advisor at Metropolitan. She did an absolute great job by selling one of their products to me. And the best part is I never felt obligated or under pressure to sign up with her. She made me feel like I was in charge all the time and never tried to force something on me. I will recommend her anytime to anyone. I hope Metropolitan realizes the big asset they have by the name of kaylinn Smith.
Nice place to go as a family but a real big turnoff for me was the fact that we where not allowed to take our cool drinks, juice or even our coffee with us in. Then they wanna charge us astronomical prices inside for beverage. Big big no no for me. If they where more reasonable with their prices it won't be a problem to go again. They can even notify u when u call for a booking but no they wait until u by the gate about to enter then they tell u beverage not allowed
