I ordered a walking pad from Tecno train. I wasn’t aware it had a 30 min limit on it per workout session. The motor burned out. Tecno train collected and refunded me and turned a bad situation around. Thank you Tecno train.
I bought a walking pad on 15/06/2023. When it got delivered it was in an unmarked box with no user manual, tools or spares. The one foot was also broken. I think it might have been second hand. After not even two months it stopped working completely showing me an error. When I told them about it they told me I can only walk on it 30 minutes a day. This was never communicated to me at all and is not on their website. I requested that it be collected and refunded. They promised collection on Monday and have still not collected. I have received no emails or messages back and my calls are also being ignored. The service and after service is absolutely shocking. I will be taking this up with the consumer board. This is extremely *********.
I got amazing service from both Patience and Sheila. The first time I went in Patience helped me and the second time, Sheila. I bought a couch and needed it quite urgently as I had no lounge furniture. Sheila was great in communicating and keeping me updated. She expedited my order and pushed for me. The service was phenomenal and the ladies super knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend using them any day.
Last year December 2020 I bought a pair of Nike Reax 8 TR Black/Gold off the Total Sports website. These were a Christmas gift. My boyfriend pretty much only wears Nike shoes and has quite a few pairs. Around July 2021 these shoes started to squeak and started breaking at the top bend of the foot. This is very uncharacteristic of Nike. I called head office and was told to take the shoes back to the store. I took these back to Total Sports Greenstone where I got no help on an exchange or refund on them and that I must call head office again. In frustration I have been trying to get this problem with these shoes sorted for months with no avail. Head office and the store keep bouncing me around as no one wants to deal with this problem. Nike is a very reputable brand and should not be showing this amount of damage when being worn only a few times in a few months. I have pictures of the shoes showing the damage is only on one specific part of both shoes and showing the bottom of the shoes barely being worn. The service is shocking.
I ordered 4 items from Takealot and received them today. Three out of the four items came with damaged and opened packaging and the 4th item was incorrectly described on the website. I am not happy at all with the quality of how the items came and cannot return them as they are needed and i wont get new ones by the date i need them by
I ordered items on 2 November 2019 with a delivery date of 12 November 2019. I needed the one item to wear to a function on the 15 November 2019. I keep getting told that it is due to be delivered to the store but nothing happens. The email customer service center just ignores emails. This is frustrating to say the least.
Terrible service. Wasn’t delivered on time. Stain on the one cushion, wrong color. And then to top it off they just tell you you can’t speak to senior management. It’s a complete clown show. I wouldn’t recommend them at all!
On 4 December 2018 I bought two identical pairs of black Jeggings from PNP in morning glen. I was forced to pop out from work as the same pair I had on had ripped. Today I put on both the other pairs and find that these have ripped or pulled apart as well. These are pants that haven’t been worn a lot and haven’t even faded. The quality is absolutely terrible if three pairs in less than a year have pulled apart or ripped like this. I’m horrified that I’ve bought the more expensive jeggings and this has happened. I love pnp clothing but this has put me off completely.
On Monday night i contacted Huggies regarding nappies of the same size (4) but the actual size of the nappy was different. On Tuesday morning I received a call from the lady at Huggies asking what the problem is and offering a way to resolve the problem. By Wednesday morning at 8am the whole issue was resolved....Thank you Huggies!!!
