I recently made a booking for 16 people at your restaurant to celebrate my birthday. I would like to start by commending Nqobile, who was very helpful and friendly during the booking process. When we arrived, we were introduced to Thulani, who was assigned as our waiter for the evening. While Thulani was energetic and a bit extra, we didn’t have a problem at first. However, the experience became uncomfortable later in the evening. When we asked about the kids’ orders, he made a comment saying that he also has children and wouldn’t give them alcohol — which felt unnecessary, but we decided to let it go. The main issue occurred during the birthday singing. Thulani came out with the plate and ice cream, and as my guests were singing, someone mentioned they couldn’t see the plate properly. As I tried to adjust it for a better view, Thulani suddenly grabbed my arm, forgetting there was ice cream on it. My arm ended up covered in ice cream, and instead of apologizing, he sternly said that guests are not allowed to touch the plate while it’s on fire. This could have been avoided if he had communicated that rule beforehand. The incident and his reaction really spoiled the last part of what was meant to be a special day. What bothers me the most he didn’t even apologise. We still gave him a 10% tip even with his bad energy.
Worst service from the lady at the delicatessen at checkers sunward park lifestyle. We wanted to buy salads and she was not helpful even when we asked for dishes to serve she told us to use the same s**** for all the salads with attitude. I am so disappointed we ended up leaving.
On the 1st of July 2023, my husband and I decided to go watch the fast and the furious at The glen mall. The staff was amazing, very helpful and all. The movie started and just when we were all having a great time and enjoying the movie the screen went black. This was for over 5 to 10 minutes. We even left without finishing the whole movie😩🚶🏽♀️
Such a bad experience at Chicken licken Gold spot Vosloorus, After we bought wings and four supper sliders we were told to go park by the stop sign as they are busy with our order. After 30 minutes, no one had came to me, I went inside the store to ask and the lady that was assisting me (Phindile) said she forgot. My food was kept the for 30 minutes and it was business as usual .
McDonald’s at parkrand such a bad customer service. Ladies that work at McDonald’s playing music with their phones so loud.. worst service

My sister's Boyfriend bought her a car and we all accompanied them for a pick up. When we got the the car was not ready which was absurd because they called them to come collect. After a few hours they called us to see the car and all was perfect until we had to get inside,the seats were covers in refusebags because they haven't dried out. Okay fast forward to my sister and boyfriend getting the car disk it took the the dealer a month and few weeks and the permit had expired. Then a list of things followed1. The car had scratches,2. The previous driver had tickets which my sister had to pay for at a road block that nearly got her arrested,3. The tires were old and brick pads, 4.The arm rest was broken which she reported to them. The consultant Lesley was very active before the sale as soon as the signed the papers he disappeared and never helped my sister and boyfriend.
On the 08/04/2021 to 09/04/2021 a stranger hacked my account and made several transactions without my concern, they were able to made withdrawals and we didn’t receive any OTP for me to allow the transactions to go through. We visited the branch twice (Alberton and Sunward Park ) on the 09/04/201 and we were given documents to fill and we did just that, this morning 21/04/2021 we visited the sunward Park branch as we were doing a follow up and we were told that they can not help us.
The lady from macdonald in Alberton was so rude and she was not even on duty along side Katleho and other two ladies who made a fuse about us using the toilet, they told us about regulations and some sh**ty story. She told us about how the government sends people to their stores and how she will be receiving emails and what not.
Mr Price Kids in Vosloorus doesn’t have plastics, they asked to sell us a bag for 5, with attitude.
