They are honestly one of the worst companies ever. Lawyers? No, lawyers should surely have more brain cells. Case CMQ00007831 has been resolved, but to this day, I keep receiving daily invoices stating that my father's Cell C account is unpaid. My father passed away last year, and he is not here to address this issue. It was sorted out with Cell C, yet the *********** "lawyers" won't stop emailing me. The death certificate was sent, and you said everything was resolved! Think, please! I expect immediate confirmation that all communications have ceased and that this issue is permanently resolved. Further contact on this matter will be treated as harassment and escalated accordingly.
The most ***********, useless, and most unsecure place to ever exist! Seriously do not use this network! Someone in Pinetown used my details to open an account with Vodacom telephonically! They gave this person an account over the phone without checking if ANY of the info he is giving was actually correct. NO ID was asked. No bank statement and certainly not even proof of ID or proof of bank!?. How does a company do business like this? Are you as a company that runs debit orders not supposed to check if you are actually receiving the correct info? The level om incompetence is astonishing! I have never and now certainly will never support Vodacom. Useless business
Why is FNB making multiple inquiries on my credit account for FNB - MBG CORE BANKING SOLUTIONS? I did not authorize this or apply for any credit now my credit score is being affected badly due to multiple credit inquiries!? Stop doing stuff on my account that I did not authorize
DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE Absolutely ZERO customer service. Order an item that is nothing like the one ontl the website. False advertising as it was supposed to be stuffed with silvervine for my cat, instead its stuffed with plastic to make noise. Asked a WEEK ago for a refund, multiple emails and whatsapps and nobody even bothered to respond to any of them. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! UTTERLY DISGUSTING WITH THE "CUSTOMER SERVICE"
Opened the account more than 6 years ago, when my salary was much less than what it is now. Was advised that they don't do credit limit increases even though your credit score and salary improved, Also cannot close an account because once it is closed you can never have an account with them. So Stuck with the credit limit I got when I was 21 and earning 3k pm
This used to be my absolute favourite sushi spot in JHB. I moved away a couple of years ago and was SO excited when I got to visit this weekend JUST so I can go to Yamada again, and get THE best sushi. I have never been soo disappointed and shocked at how much the quality has decreased. It's now my least favourite sushi spot. The sticky rice was the consistency of pap, and all mushed together to the point where it did not even look like rice at all. I could not see a single grain of rice. Everything was also too big, granted if it tasted better the extra size would have been amazing, but with the taste and the size, everything was just awful. We spent R550.00 on sushi and only had 3 pieces because we could not get the rest in our stomachs the taste was just soo bad. Yamada used to be packed with clients, and always had a trendy vibe. But when we got there on Sunday they were empty and I asked if they are closing. I did not get why they were so dead quiet, after experiencing the sushi I now get why they are quiet. I am saddened by how the quality has decreased and will never eat there again.
Having a really HUGE problem with MTN payments lately! I paid R806 on the 19th. It has still not been allocated to my account ( ********** 352) when I ask why my outstanding balance is over R1000 it states that I owe R806. Which I PAID on the 19th! I keep paying but nothing is being allocated to my account? Where is that money going!? Maybe I should move to another phone company that wont make paying my account such a headache! Second month in a row I'm having payment problems! FED UP!
I pay my account every month. I recently got a new number but the payment details on my FNB account was still my old number. So every months I would change my reference number from my old number to my new number so my payment can go to the right account! Well this month I forgot and guess what? Mtn is just like ***** you pay again. Its been a week.. hey have not allocated the payment to my number after numerous emails calls and PDF proof that I paid and used the wrong reference they still will not allocate to my number.. I am not paying that R800 again. Mtn needs to sort this out! Terrible service
