absolute BULL****, it would take me the whole day if I had to explain the worst courier experience I have ever had in my Life ( and I courier a lot) First time using the farce of a company and let me tell you It was the last, I paid for delivery to my house but ended up having to fetch the damn parcel myself there is a lot of politics and uruly behaviour going on with the owners of this company it should be shut the hell down, If you want to have peace of mind use any other courier service but Fastway , what a joke absolutely revolting
Bull **** service provider, in actual fact they aren’t a service provider nothing but a scam , I want my refund you ****** crooks when it’s time to pay up money that you debited twice in the same month it’s difficult? You send invoices that aren’t updated, your network is kak , listen if you want to be unhappy in life having to deal with customer services agents that know nothing about customer service’s, that get paid for being dumb and not solving any problems that the clients have.Go and meddle with a bogus company like telkom you will regret it with Every fibre of your being.

Terrible , there’s a fat black woman there that was extremely rude and ruined the whole experience that I had with city lodge for a whole week it was okay but when that uruly witch started working on the 6th of November that’s when the problem started basically the place it’s good the people ruin the whole experience by being unruly and rude
The worst !!!I’ve spent more than a week in a hotel due to the lack of truth and competence from Prime property, they firstly include you into their company politics and now you are bouncing around from agent to agent well Altaaf and Mohammed were the two we worked with great at the beginning until company politics came into play and we were then thrown to Altaaf and Mohammed didn’t want to continue great, we find a place send all necessary documents and are expecting to be out of the place tomorrow but then Altaaf says that now the owner says it’s short notice ?! But how when you have advertised and agreed that you will move out and have the place cleaned, we thought this was it but now he’s pointing us to some other place that we still need to go and view , the frustration the unprofessionalism is unmatched as if we are not paying I wouldn’t recommend this company if you are serious about moving they couldn’t care less.
Rubbish, utter rubbish and this review in not even based on the sim card and network because guess what?! I never received that sim Card for 4years straight, I have been patient with rain and even got to a point where I forgot about ever purchasing or being interested in the network honestly their customer service I would rate -1 ,it’s the worst out off all networks that are available in South Africa , you literally have to beg and bow down for attention and service imagine the customer having to beg the service provider honestly rain and everybody who was involved in me not getting my SIM card all of you can go to hell’ E.M Kekana I just want my refund that’s all, revolting honestly.
Bought a phone at Vodacom on prepaid and took out insurance with Cellsure,i have never been given such a run around even as far as been to 3 Vodacom branches and told to go to Rivionia with my own expense,because they are so lazy to help me out what they promise is totally B.S basically the opposite the phone I bought I had;had for a few weeks and it overheated when I went in to claim cellsure says I don't have insurance I have never received any message informing me that I had no insurance with cellsure the sad part is having been demanded R4500 to repair a new phone I could go on for days with my struggles with this company but still I have no phone up until now and nobody can give me a reason why.VODACOM can confirm that I signed insurance but these people know nothing about it.UNBELIEVEABLE!!
