Useless site , the best they can help me with is 3 days too get back too me on a problem I really need too sort out now , I find the service appalling , the site will not upload my ID book as it’s supposed too and they won’t help me for 3 days , UNREAL!!!
Staff don’t know there items or prices in this shop , I was at east gate branch , I enquired about a price on a cap I liked the woman told me R225 less 40% so when I got too the counter the man had no price for me I stood waiting for 15mins while he tried too find a price for me , then turns around and tells me I only get 40% when I buy 2 items , I will never support that shop again , liars and thieves
They hang up on a person everytime I try call there customer service, I own 5 pairs of ray bans and I don't think I'll buy another pair, very disappointing
Disgusting service, the lady I asked for help there named gugu was ho esyly the rudest person I have ever had too deal with, she flat out ignored my questions and the manager Nancy was stood right nest too her and she also didn't say a word, clicks customer service used too be some of the best now I feel like they doing me a favor by me going into the store absolutely disgusting, I have been using clicks karaglen for many years now and I vow from today I will never go back in from now I will use dischem
Absolutely rubbish service, I currently changed my address so they told me they can't deliver too me and it will be an extra 20 rand delivery fee, I literally moved 2 kms from my old address, when I asked the man on the phone from there if he would rather lose the business and customer he said it doesn't matter too him, I've been ordering from them for a good few years now and I always order between 4 too 5 pizzas every Friday, but that will be the end, amazing how these places can afford too lose business and customers in these hard times
I waited 5 days for a dorco brand blade that I could have got from clicks, I won't be carrying on with this, shocking
I used too buy all my canderel sweetener from there as they were a lot cheaper than the normal shops, I used too buy 100 canderel sticks for 32 rand, since covid 19 happened I went in there last week and they are now selling a cheaper brand at 49 rand for 100 sticks, I'm very disappointed and I won't support there rip off tactics ever again
Absolutely useless, I’ve been waiting now close too 2 weeks for the manager I spoke too too get back too me , I had an issue with slow WiFi in my house , I pay for 20mb line and I’m getting just over 10mb , I didn’t want too put a review on here but what else must I do , too get help from these liars is like pulling blood from stone
I write this review with a heavy heart, I have been a loyal customer of sportsman's warehouse ever since they opened years ago, I went into the store at Stoneridge about 2 and a half weeks ago too buy a new dri Mac jacket as I have always bought them from there anyway I couldn't find the jackets a staff member pointed them out too me and I grabbed one quickly tried it on and something felt different the quality was cheap so I took the jacket off only too realize that it was some no name brand jacket not the dri Mac original I'm used too buying, the price of the no name brand jacket was still the same as the original dri Mac though so I queried it with the manager and the excuse too me was the quality of there no name brand was equally good? But then why have I been buying dri Mac all these years? Thinking it was best quality available, the manager never got back too me about my pricing query so people please be careful what you buy, dri mac and sportsman's warehouse have lost a customer myself as I can buy no name brand quality for a fraction of the price, I never bought the jacket from sportsman warehouse and I will never buy from there again they are the most expensive around anyway
I always buy the future life drinks I think I have about 2 a day when I'm on the road , on a few occasions I have had bottles that haven't been sealed properly so I have had too throw the drink away , anyway about a week ago I went into the shop and it happened again so this time I emailed there customer care and I'm 2 weeks I have still not even had an apology, so it's fine if that's how clover treats there customers , I'll go elsewhere and I haven't bought there drink again in 2 weeks now
