Worst dining experience ever. Waited 35mins to get asked what we like to order. While sitting there mosquitoes are terrible and you get bitten all over. 1 waitress who is totally lost and keeps poking her hair and ears with her fingers then handles your food without gloves. Absolutely tasteless cappuccino..overall a very bad expensive mistake we will never make again
Would not recommend this place at all. Drove 3 hours to get there as we decided to visit this place. The place is absolutely **********. Let's start with the toilets. Filthy and smelling of urine with the toilet pans messed and not a cleaner in site. Restaurant was another story altogether which a review will be posted separately for but disastrous aswel. Then the security at the casino entrance seems to lock onto certain people only and stare at you like you a ******** while he lets others by. Now to the actual slots they have. You would have better luck trying to find coins on the street than putting money into their slots and hoping to win anything. Max bet any bet absolutely nothing. Very hard to recommend a place that has no cleanliness and uninterested staff plus where you have very little chance of coming away with anything when playing their slots. Sorry Umfolozi but we rather stick to other places than waste the time driving to you.
Ordered items over 4k from temu which was sent in different packages wih 2 different courier companies and items are missing. when requested refund they tell me that items was packed so i lose out by paying them for things i never got
What a waste of time calling them. Called to get a settlement amount to pay to pay of a loan but the consultant was basically having a 1 sided conversation with herself as when I asked something she told me something else. Then she tells me some department isn't taking calls and this is like literally 11 in the morning they not taking calls..anyway how do we actually pay off debt when we deal with people like this
These are the worst people to deal with seriously . When accounts are handed over they will worry you non stop for payment now I have been calling their offices and emailing them so long they never reply or answer and I want to pay the account off. I was caller 1 in line not 10mins ago then the off the voice says they cant take the call they busy and cuts me off. Hope whoever their clients are see this review and think about why the accounts handed over to these people are not being paid up because you basically cant get hold of them to pay it up..Useless seriously.
The most irritating company to deal with seriously. They kept phoning me about debt review I kept telling them I'm not interested but they just kept nagging on and on calling over and over I blocked their numbers now they somehow got a hold of families numbers and started worrying them trying to get a hold of me..the people at this place seriously need to be taught what no means because it seems like they don't understand what no means..
This vplus sham is of what benefit to us seriously. I tried to purchase something in the garage with the vplus rewards card and entered the pin and the lady is asking me for otp which never came then when I try to call the helpline at half past 2 when the times the call center operates in till 3 they play a automated response that the times are till 3 and cut me off so did everyone at the call center just decide to finish early and go home. What a waste of time seriously and so glad that there is more options for filling fuel out here instead of getting bluffed with this sham of a vplus thing Shell is going on about because the people working at the garages have no clue on how the card works because it states if the card has a pin use the pin not a otp so I guess they took the money that was in the rewards card and I got nothing.
Absolutely useless place. They claim to care for animals but are fast to turn away sick animals without even looking at the poor baby. How does this place employ people like this who feel nothing to send away a animal in pain to suffer without even attempting to help it. Only thing they know is euthanasia. Some of us out here are true animal *****s and these are out children and when we come to the spca for help when they sick its not easy to hear put the animal down straight away or we dont treat this here take him somewhere else so the animal must then suffer. Not the first time i have had experiences with this place and it seems it will not be the last for many out there as staff attitude has not changed
Tracker very unprofessional. I asked for me tracker subscription to be cancelled as the contract ended. I sent them a email weeks back they decide to call me today and the consultant then tells me wait on the line to connect to the other department to have the package canceled but she cuts me off so what is going on as they can't even do the cancellation properly.
This surgery in Chatsworth moorton i have been to them twice and on both occasions the receptionists are to damn lazy to do their jobs. Was told both times that they can't phone medical aid to get authorisation because it's to big job to make a chart. Absolutely pathetic especially since people come to them when they are sick so they are sending them away because of their attitude and laziness to do what they being paid to do
