I would give a 0 rating actually. Worst SP in the metering company field. Power has been off in Rose Acres Estate forr over 12 hours.... for the 3rd time in 3 weeks.... they keep stating it is a Tshwane issue which is a scape goat... NO OTHER PROPERTIES DIRECTLY AROUND US HAVE AN ISSUE. .. The woman who is answering the emergency number requires training in customer service..... impatient and no care attitude.... and then attempts to blame council without even sending an in house technician to check... she says its and area issue, but only our Estate is affected.... USELESS TO SAY THE LEAST.... will be rewuesting an SGM all the stand owners are feedup with this pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service. Branch manager Gavin Viljoen is too important to retirn calls. Bank card was lost... visited the branch to replace the card.... spent 3 hours at the branch... when I attempted to use the card it declined. Phoned the prioty banker and she said because I visited the branch without an appontment the card didnt word.... WHAT!!!!! Then I couldnt see her without an appontment... so Saturday 09:00 was booked..... stood in a que of about 30 people.... only to hear that LUCY was also too important to let us know she wasnt coming in...... so the bottom line is ABSA IS USELESS AND TOTALLY ***********...... AND IF THE BRANCH MANAGER CANNOT BE BOTHERED WITH CLIENTS.... IT HAS OBVIOUSLY FILTERED THROUGH TO THE USELESS STAFF........
Uselss...... paid for door dlto door delivery. Driver, Witness, dumps the package at our security..... then I get an email stating my pacakage has been delivered. Lazy driver and incompetent "Operations Manager" Thapelo Mat****o... who have a chip on his shoulder.... Stilk no delivery to my door..... cheap but unreliable
Worst Courier Service in South Africa..... Paid my import duties.... then had to pay another R300... over and above.... threy have still not released my pacakge for delivery, which was due for delivery last week. Katleho, Justice and Makota do not respond to emails... and Charmaine the Supervisor is too busy to tend to any calls. Rather use The Courier Guy/Pudo or Buffalo.... they dont hold you package ransom.....
Still waiting form my Justin Bieber refund 3 months now.... you cant teach the at all.... I have contacted my bank and they have no record of a refund..... I am in the process of logging a complaint with the ombudsman..... I eill NEVER book anything with them again!!!! MODERN DAY PIRATES
These guys are sharks. BE CAREFUL.... I have cancelled my subsription 3 times on their app....... I have no contract but they keep deducting a subscription fee.... when you phone them and say you want to cancel.... then all of a sudden the line is so bad they cant hear you and put down....... I dont even get a signal to beable to use the service...... I will be referring the matter to the ombudsman...... theybsteal your money and render no service..... I WANT OUT!!!!!
Excellent and prompt service... got 3 of my sewing machines working after other technicians couldnt.....
We made an online appointment, at Akasia with no issues. Appointment was Tuesday and our passports were ready for collection on the Friday. We received excellent prompt efficient service from all the staff.... from " check in", photo booth, applications and the cashier.... After ready so many negative reports on facebook, we were pleasantly surprised.....
I have been lied too and scammed by Vodacom... the sales rep blatantly lied about taking a new contract. I have had my vodacom number for 15 years+ on pay as you go. I recently decided to take out a contract... I told the sales rep I wanted to keep my number... he said he will send the phone via courier and I must go into a vodacom store to arrange a sim swap... I got the phone, went to vodacom and they confirmed they cannot do it... i need to use the new number. I immediately phoned vodacom.... within 24 hours of receiving the phone... they promised to collect it and cancel the contract.... we are now 5 days later and still no contact from vodacoms couriers to pick up the phone.... I phoned vodacom again and logged another reqiest for the phone to be collected.... vodacom also dont give you a reference for the collection.... the lady from Vodacom confirmed that the number has been activated and that I will need to pay the contract...... WHY???? I have cancelled everything with the 14 days... I have been waiting for Jane a supervisor from vodacom to phone me now for 3 days..... she is apparantly too busy..... Come and collect your phone!!!!! Your sales reps are devious and lie to customers to secure a sale..... your couriers RAM are just as useless.....
RAM were supposed to deliver a package yesterday to my house. When I tracked the package it says on their website..... that they sent me a sms.... Lies.... nothing received.... then it says that nobody lives at such address...... another lie..... I have checked our complex security footage and RAM where never onsite.... besides rthat our security have to call for me to allow access from my phone.... When I phoned RAM today to track my parcel... their "customer care" person... Mbula... I think... because she was trying very hard not to confirm her name.... said its my problem and I must sort it our with Vodacom.... Worst service from a courier company.... PEP Paxi is more efficient..... will never personally use them......
