I’m 65 and I’m forced to spend a third of my day looking answering or ignoring emails, sms and wattsap. While there is a bit of convenience to the IT, it’s mostly an annoyance, or a **** or attempted ****. Give me back my rotary dial phone and I’ll be happy. Talking to a person would also be nice but the ones that do call are **** artists
I had gallbladder removed. After the surgery I was wheeled back to the post op ward and the surgeon saw me close to 6pm. He said he would get me the staff to give me something for pain that would likely make me sleepy. I also asked for water as I had nothing to drink for 12 hours at this point. The “something for pain” never arrived and I got a water jug at 8pm. They came with the pain injection in the morning after 8am and I was going home at 9am so I refused it ( bet I was charged for it). The nursing staff are plenty but absent. I had no idea what I could do or could not do before someone gave me a reluctant rundown at about 10pm. Took my own sleeping tablets. Cost? Over R36000 for one night plus surgeon plus anethatist.
I get a summary of what doctors and hospitals have charged for services. I CANNOT even begin to understand what the charges are for and therefore I cannot query, dispute or even ask for an explanation. But I’m the one paying R16000 off a month so it’s really my money
***** department this morning were useless. Mpo told me I needed to download the MTN app. Wouldn’t select South Africa. We finally drove to oakfields MTN and they Helped us. The lady that helped shared our view that the app was useless
Law has allowed the retail industry to steal money from the public through the F&i process. You get robbed on the finance rate because dealers get a kickback I recently paid R5000 delivery fee... for what?? I was forced into a year extra warranty at way over R20k. For what?! The car had 6000km on it It's mothing short of theft in my opinion
You cannot tell me they aren’t making extraordinary profits when Farrarmere charges over R40 per kg for tomatoes
Collected one 5 piece chicken. Nd small choir snd one twister. We are 3 minutes from KFC. Food was ice cold, chicken was tough as boot leather and taste was disgusting. Tried to contact them but it’s easier getting an audience with Malema.. they did say return it with a slip and they would replace it. I asked why don’t you bring the replacement to me. This was an alien concept. These ice holes don’t know how lucky that are to have a job. I have the invoice number etc
I got a call from them trying to sell me a new decoder at about R160 per month for x months. I don’t see the point in it and told them so. Since then I have to reboot my decoder daily. Am I being shafted? The content I’d nothing short of pathetic save for the Grand Prixs. You can’t expect me to continue to pay for the same junk repeated over and over
Bought a beautiful corner lounge suite that was replaced twice because the seats closest to the arms collapsed. In the end I asked for a refund and they have done so. There’s never been an argument and the likes of Malcolm Johnson have been terrific. Unfortunately it’s now going to cost us 3 times the price but @ home can be completely relied on to provide fair customer interactions
I have been complaining about missing data, on a regular basis, for more than a year. I don't accept that the last episode was simply a glitch in your systems. I believe it is designed dishonesty. My contract ends in October, I know I'm not very important to you but goodbye and good riddance in advance I look forward to your standard automated response to this.
