I went to Nedbank Richards Bay to enquire about an unauthorized transaction on my credit card. At the info desk I explained to the person the exact same story and he issued me a ticket. After waiting for and hour my ticket was called and the lady at enquiries said I must phone call center, they will be able to assist me. If the person at the info desk had knowledge and advised me to phone call center I wouldn't wasted an hour.
Spar North DC booked accommodation for 2 persons on 13 June 2023. I had to pick up the customers and drop them off the following morning. The booking was done by Shoni Pandelani. After the customers were dropped of the next morning I emailed the invoice to Shoni. On 15 June I informed Shoni that no payment was done yet and he said he will do a follow up and update me. On 19 June I sent a message that invoice still not paid. No feedback from Shoni. 21st June I sent another message that the invoice is still not paid. On 22nd he responded that he made a follow up...awaiting response and if he can't get an answer by the following day he will escalate. On the 27th I sent a message again, he didn't even respond
Internet off since 28 October and was reported the same day. No response from anybody in 3 days.
A lady phoned me and informed me that I owe dstv an amount of R285, it's a pro rata amount that dstv charges because I dont use my decoder.
On 11/4/2022 we visited Essenwood pnp. On the brochure it advertise Ricoffy 750g, buy 2 and get the 3rd free. We went to the shelf to see how much the price on Ricoffy were and shelf price was R74.99. We took 3 tins and when scanned the price was R100 per tin, not R74.99 as advertised on shelf. Nowhere did any adverti*****t on the shelf said it is R100 per tin. PicknPay Essenwood misleads customers.
I lodged a complaint on 31 March 2022 regarding no internet on fibre line. I phoned again on 1 April 2022 and the consultant informed me that the technician will only attend on 3rd of April which means I will be without internet for 4 days. This is totally unacceptable as I am working from home and need internet.
We were at picknpay to draw money at a till. The lady informed us that there isn't cash. She refused to give her name. She asked us to go to the bottle store and draw money there. There was a very long queue so I left without drawing money. All the atm's were off due to loadshedding.
phoned cell c couple of times regarding poor/no signal. did everything operators told me to do but not working. I'm living in the suburbs where signal is suppose to be strong. I cannot renew my contracts due to cell c not delivering the service I pay for. this complaint is going on for years.....
I had an American express card which could not be used so I asked the person behind the counter if I could use his computer to transfer money to my other account so I can get gas and he refused. I struggled with internet on my mobile and couldn't log on to the bank. I asked if he is ok to let go of R1700 and he said yes. Why this arrogant attitude? Surely it's not his business since he gets a salary no matter how many or less sales he makes.
Transferred money to someone but pick n pay meerensee couldn't pay money out because money wasn't delivered.
