I bought a airfryer from them on my account and it has been now almost 2 months after sending it back as it was broken and they only say that it is at the repairs this is on account I have been paying montly and I get no reply from them

COURIER GUY COLLECTED A PARCEL FOR ME THAT WAS COLLECTED ON THE 15TH FROM GERMISTON-THE PARCEL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO BRONKHORSTSPRUIT, NOW WHEN I PHONE THEM THEY TELL ME IT WAS REROUTED TO CAPETOWN- HOW IN THE WORLD DOES A GAUTENG PARCEL, END UP IN CAPETOWN WITHOUT IT BEING SEND BY THE SENDER TO CAPETOWN, WHAT IS MORE THEY KEEP ON CHARGING ME MORE FOR THE DELIVERY, I HAD TO PAY 800.00 IN TOTAL MORE FOR THIS DELIVERY THAT COST ME OVER 500.00 IN THE FIRST PLACE, COURIER GUY IS REALLY NO MORE RELIABLE AND WE AS A COMPANY WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER DELIVERY AGENT, THIS CAN'T GO ON , WITH EVERY PARCEL THERE IS A PROBLEM, AND THIS ONLY STARTED TO HAPPEN SINCE THEY OPENED THE BRONKHORSTSPRUIT BRANCH, PRIOR TO THIS THERE WAS NO PROBLEMS LIKE THIS, BUT SINCE THIS BRANCH OPENED IT DOORS I HAVE UNCOUNTABLE PROBLEMS WITH MY PARCELS.
****!!!! They pretend to be Telkom, then get anyone who answer the phone to confirm company details.. next they want R14000. Then the harassment starts, threats to blacklist, phone calls from "LEGAL COMPANY WITH THE NRS :011 3276844, emails, non stop. ALMOST 3 years now. Even when told to contact my lawyer, they don't. I asked them to provide me with evidence for this directory listing, every time they drop the phone in your ear, then they will wait about 4 months to pass and then phone you again threatening you with Blacklisting- THIS IS HOW THEY OPERATE THEY WILL CALL YOU TELLING YOU THEY ARE FROM TELKOM DIRECTORY AND THAT YOUR COMPANY DETAILS AND NUMBERS MUST BE UPDATED IN ORDER TO BE IN THE NEW DIRECTORY, WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THE MOMENT THAT YOU UPDATE YOUR DETAILS YOU WILL GET A AMOUNT DUE FOR R14000.00 PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR **** THEY ARE HIGHLY *****ULENT, THEY WILL SEND YOU A PAPER WITH ALL TELKOMS DETAILS AND THEN THE INVOICE THEY SEND IS FROM TELECOM AND NOT TELKOM, BE AWARE!!!!DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS NO MATTER HOW THEY THREAT YOU THEY ARE ****ERS THEY **** SIGNATURES ON THEIR PAPERS AND THEY ARE CLEVER IF THEY ASK FOR YOUR DETAILS CALL TELKOM YOURSELF TO FIND OUT IF IT WAS TELKOM OR TELECOM THAT IS REQUESTING YOUR DETAILS
Sanlam and (sanlam kaelo) this company is *****ulent, after months of struggling for the sanlam Kaelo gap cover to sort out short payments of hospital claims not paid by our medical aid, they just refuse to pay the shortage, even though it was not a pre existing condition and even though the claim is not within our waiting period, I will never again support sanlam in any way, now sanlam kaelo was taken over by centriq and this makes it even worse!! Before you take out any Gap cover make sure this is not from Sanlam I have in my whole life not ever seen that you pay for a service and they just bluntly think out any nonsense just not to pay what is promised when the insurance is taken out
KEALO SANLAM IS A *****, DO NOT TAKE OUT GAP COVER FROM THIS COMPANY AFTER MONTHS OF PAYING MONTLY PREMIUMS, AND AFTER WE HAVE PHONED, SUBMITTED HOSPITAL DOCUMENTS THEY TOLD US NOW WITHOUT INFORMING US THAT THEY ONLY PAY 2650 OF AN AMOUNT OF 39 900, SHORTFALL NOT PAID BY OUR MEDICAL AID, ALSO WHEN WE PHONED THEM NOW THEY SAID MY BROTHER REACHED HIS ACCIDENTAL COVER, BUT HE HAS NOT CLAIMED PRIORY AND NO OTHER MONEY WAS EVER PAID TO HIM BY SANLAM, THIS GAP COVER IS A ***** AND WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM NO MORE WILL INSURANCE COMPANIES JUST THINK IT IS OK TO DO PEOPLE IN LIKE THIS AND WHEN THEY SELL YOU THE PRODUCTS THEY TELL YOU THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE PAID THAT IS NOT PAID BY THE MEDICAL AID.
we paid for our license disk renewal via mtn momo app and now are unable to send docs to the email they provided, docs@carlicence.co.za, last year everything was going smooth, but this year we can't get hold of the people and mtn is not providing help.
I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT SATISFIED WITH FEDHEALTH, I have been on the fedhealth scheme since 2022 and has never used it for any hospitalization, well needles to say, they say if you have to change options during the year due to life changing events that it can be done, I phoned the scheme and asked them if my dad's joint replacement will be covered as it now seems on the option we are on there is no joint replacement cover, so as this was not something we has thought will happen now, he as osteoarthritis in his knee, Fedhealth only send us a form to fill in for option change and then informed us that it is to late to change options and that we can only do this in October and that my dad can only go for the operation next year, he is in such great pain that his mobility is affected and Fedhealth just don't even bother to assist us in any way. What is bad is that when They chose Fedhealth according to them joint replacements was covered should it ever be needed, I personally will not recommend fed health to anyone again and please do not fall for the change option anytime during the year, as soon as they know they have to cover a planned operation they will just decline option change and say it is to late for option change.
I RECEIVED DEVICES FOR OUR LAND LINES, FOR BUSINESS USE, AND I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO GET HOLD OF TELKOM, ENDLESS PHONE CALLS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, THE SIM CARD I HAVE RECEIVED WITH MY DEVICES IS NOT WORKING, TRIED TO RICA IT, AND NOTHING JUST KEEP SAYING THE RICA CODE IS EMPTY, I AM SO TIRED OF TELKOMS SERVICE WAISTING YOUR MONEY! WE HAVE BEEN CUSTOMERS OF THEM FOR OVER 27 YEARS, AND THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD
WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ELECTRICITY SINCE SUNDAY 11/2/2024, WE HAVE REPORTED IT WITH REF 209 AS A REPLY, IT WAS BROUGHT UNDER OUR ATTENTION THAT THE BREAKER IN THE LOCKED BOX OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE HAS BURNED, THEY CITY OF TSHWANE WOULD HAVE SEND OUT SOMEONE TO FIX THE PROBLEM, WE HAVE BEEN REFFERED, STILL NO REPSONSE, OUR ACCOUNT IS PAID MONTHLY UP TO DATE WITH NO ISSUES, BUT WE GET NO RELIABLE SERVICES FROM THESE PEOPLE IN BRONKHORSTSPRUIT, I NEED SOMEONE TO ASSIST US WITH THIS PLEASE.
