Hi. I have been trying ro get hold of cell c customer care line for close on 1 hour. Please can someone call me back.
Taking money from my account. Try to contact them. NO answer. Dont even try the whatsapp feature. Emails, same. Any online options they have, dont work.
Good day. I have never had to deal with such incompetence. I app**** for an upgrade. Not a problem at all. I wanted a Samsung s24 fe. I had to call back as the delivery hadn’t arrived. I was then told that there was no stock. I was then put through to another department as I wanted to change my order to a Samsung A56. This has been a nightmare. I failed your questions 4 times (I can’t remember half of the stuff you were asking). You have never had these questions thrown at me in the past. An OTP was sent to my phone, verified. I gave you my ID number 8109245010088 and my Cell number 061 365 8936. What else do you need?. DNA?. I want this resolved NOW !!!!! and I want my phone by Thursday. Attached you will find my ID, Driver’s license, payslips, screen shot of the cell c app, a picture of me holding up cell c statements and a screen shot of the OTP sms’s I recieved. I am working for a different company, and I live in another city all together. Sort this out Mr K I Wust
If there was a 0 to select i would. You send me threatening sms's yet when I try and call no one answers OR when Do get through I am told the system is down and you will call me back. Honestly pathetic.
Another review. Your handling of the 2 pot system is pathetic. My first pay out from the one policy went through fine. The second one has taken over 2 months. I keep calling in. The latest response is that because your automatic payment system isnt working, a manual over ride for payments needs to be done. I called in again today and get told that it cant be done until your staff go on training next week. This means an additional 2 weeks wait for my money. This means eviction as i can pay rent. This is unacceptable. PATHETIC
I keep getting smses from ntt Isuzu ladysmith informing me of license renewals. I have already asked them to stop. I am getting regular smses informing me that random people need to renew licenses. Literally 5 smses at a time informing me that Mr or Mrs whoever needs to be reminded. Stop this now or I will report you as this is against the popia act. I have requested this to be done in the past. I don't even live in ladysmith. What the heck!!!.
2 pot system. A joke with old Mutual. Taken a month to get anywhere. I have 2 policies. I drew from both. The first one was fine albeit that they needed to verify bank details. Second one. Get told it's not part of the 2 pot system. Get my brokers to call. All in order. Call old mutual and it turns out my bank details haven't been verified again. How can one policy accept a bank letter but the other one doesn't ???. Oh, don't ask for a so called broker. Verbatim " this 2 pot system is all new to us so I don't have answers". I now have to drive 70kms (I live in a small town) to get a stamp and send. This is absolutely pathetic. I know you don't want to let go of funds but they are mine. I lost my job and by God's grace this 2 pot happened. I was relying on this. Speaking to others who withdrew from theirs, not affiliated with old Mutual, they got paid out within 2 weeks. This had been over a month!. I am shifting my money elsewhere. Old mutual, you have proven to be a joke. I do not trust you with my retirement money at all.
Hands down the worst. Bought a car, no COR done by them. Car ended up having issues. No answer from thembe it via email or calls. Pathetic
Nothing but harassment. Pathetic. Yesterday I received 3 calls within the space of 2 hours. STOP. I have already emailed you to stop. STOP
