Refuses to reserve a locker for me - changed the system that you cannot reserve the deposit locker. I am living 20min away from my nearest Pudo drop off point. I cannot be driving up and down in the hopes of getting an open locker. I will be using Pargo from now on & NOT PUDO!
Waste of money. Was with Jasper for more than 4 years. Communication - 0 Marketing - 4 Customer Service - -1 Every time I try to rate them on Hello Peter they complain & my review gets taken down.
Have been trying to end our contract since November 2024. Natashia (whom I never heard of in the 4+years we were customers) refuses to end our contract. Lots of bad communication & very unprofessional. Legal is involved at the moment. It is sad how 1 employee can give the company such a bad reputation.
Got a business payment from Malawi. ABSA only notifies me via email that the payment is in 7 days after it is in my bank. I cant get the payment released after several attempts. I phoned multiple times & went to the branch. After 2 weeks of struggling to get answered I have all the codes they want. When I tried to release the payment online it gives me yet another problem. Apparently I am not allowed to receive the amount that the client paid me!?!?! Now I am losing a more than a million Rand deal as my client is waiting more than 2 weeks now for me to get the payment released and send him the goods. I HATE ABSA!!!!!!!!!
Terrible service. Package should have been delivered 04/08/2022. No contact from them & their phone number is not working.
Was promised delivery on 04/08/2022. Nothing received. No contact from delivery company. Zando promised to sort it out. Still no parcel received.
Package should have been delivered 04/08/2022. Every morning I get a message that the package is out for delivery & every night I get a message that it was not delivered. Phoned them twice. No phone calls or any communication from them at all! POOR COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I received an email that my parcel will be delivered within 36 hours. It is now 9 days later, no parcel, no call, no email. I phoned them three times, every time I was promised delivery withing 48 to 72 hours. Yesterday I was promised delivery today. I looked at the tracking information and the parcel was not on its way so I phoned again & was again promised delivery tommorow. My parcel was two times send with driver Karabo Moima and returned to the warehouse due to wrong route....Once is a mistake twice is just stupidity! I have my doubts that I will receive my parcel before the weekend, and guess what? They don't deliver on weekends....
I requested debit order change from one FNB account to another FNB account on the 20th of August. There is still no debit order switched & no communication either.....
My tickets didn't have a barcode. I emailed Ticketpro - No answer. Facebook - told me they would contact me. Phoned them after 20min the phone was answered and I was told its my fault - no solution was given. He would call me back before 17:00 on Friday. I am still waiting for his call.
