What a disappointing outcome after everything I did to get a loan. I went online and app**** for a R4000 personal loan, it was approved and I had sent through everything. I then called into the loan department and I was assisted by a gentleman whom is named Bongani. He told me I was not in the "Whitelist" and he stated it should not be an issue as it would be resolved seamlessly, I got the message stating the the matter is resolved. So I went back online to select my repay terms, but still I was unable to this function. I called again to get assisted and this time I was assisted by a lady. I was waited on the call and then I was told that my loan is declined. What poor service and imagine I am the one who is constantly calling in and with such high hope for me to get disappointed in the end
They Debited many account after I cancelled and returned they device and I have removed they sim card from the phone! They took so much money from my account. Imagine I drove 90 km to return the device within the 7 days they asked for!!!!
I took out a personal loan with Sanlam in January 2025, They have been debiting my account every month end. Fortunately for me I got a permanent position at work and my pay dates changed from Month end to the 15th of every month, I called them in April to change the debit date. They said I was too late and the debit order will run at the end of April. They advised me to call on the first week of May to change my debit order to the 15th of June. I called them and arranged this, Yet this month the double debited from my account. I tried calling them and they cannot even assist me. How can you do this to your customers.
There is no provider like this, it has the worst network and they service is appealing. I have not had internet connection from Wednesday midnight until now. I called and asked for assistance and i even asked for a call back and nothing happened, I went to the app to send messages and still nothing happened. I think i will cancel this ****
I was at Shoprite Capital Centre in Pietermaritzburg, I was there to buy Water and Electricity for my flat, I first stood for 2 hours to get to the money market and when I get there I buy what I want to buy then I asked for cash back. Ningi Mbambo the cashier says to me that money market does not give cash back. I must go inside stand another que in the tills for that. I then ask am I not buying when I am purchasing water and Electricity? I then asked to speak to the manager and she called the teller next to her and told her that I want to see the manager and they just laughed it out
<p>My bank is the worst in service when emailing documents they say it full and unable to receive my email. I have had a dispute in terms of my money. Someone used my card and bought something and it wasn't me who used it up until today I have not received my money back. There are a retanal company went into my FNB account and took R6200 and I asked them to reverse it because I did not authorise this transaction and the very same same company is taking R10 on a basis. What security do we have if this bank does not assist they customers.? Worst service ever</p>
<p>I bought my Prokard through these people and they said it would take 48 working hours. They have finished and passed from the 15th until today. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I try calling but there is no longer a answer. </p>
<p>I bought a Prokard from a guy called Alex. They said it would take 48 hours from the 15th. 48 working hours has passed, I now want my money back because they don't know how to take careof customers. They are full of lies </p>
