All I needed was how much water to 1 cup of BASMATI rice as it CANNOT be 6 cups as mentioned on the packet. I made it , wasted the rice of course as it was like Miele pap. I phoned them on 2 different days but I MUST WAIT 72 hours for them to answer me on the water amount WHAT A JOKE!!!!!
If you can’t afford to instal ATM’s or you can but just don’t have the inclination to or perhaps just too lazy THEN DONT START A BANK! The closest one to me is THIRTY KM’s away! ! DOES THAT SEEM OK TO YOU BECAUSE IT DOESNT TO ME!! Closing my account as there NO point!
Please note when buying this: You cannot take the water bak out to fill unless you remove the pump and wires first!! Water goes dirty VERY quickly My ones sleep button does not work as it should and its +-8 days old. It fluctuates between quiet & blaring loud. The water level in front is not easily visible without crawling around on the floor. I phoned them this morning but they don't know their products!!! Cannot recommend
Just be VERY careful about the cost involved when phoning them. My one call lasted 1 and a half HRS & cost R61 !!!!!!!! This is NOT a 0800 nr which is free, its a 0861nr. For the month of Nov in which I joined my telephone calls to them to establish that my new router was faulty cost ME R129....!!!!!!
Downloaded the app... worked like a charm. Went, got & paid. Food was ready.. This time I didn't get the oil soaked chips. Everything was delicious.... great job.
Still very very happy with my new LTE service from Supersonic. Faulty modem fetched as promised. Would just like to add that adding the SS desktop site to my phone I can see at a glance how many gigs are left but best of all its sets out in graph form hourly so you can see exactly what you've used when. Nothing like that was given with Telkom so one had no clue what was going on. BRILLIANT!!!
OH MY SOUL....and I thought Telkom was bad....! ! ! I applied for their Lte service, paid the R799 and received the modem & sim ....no problem there so I thought this union between us and them will be joyous BUT NO....anything but.... modem works perfectly, all lights are the correct colors but NO internet connection. I phoned their ‘technical’ dept but all they do is escalate your issue to relevant section. WHAT is the point of a technical dept if they have no technical capabilities pray tell? Now waiting for a technician to come out but frankly, I doubt if they will pitch! So here we sit with NO internet. They took our money and now don’t give a hoot....so very typical of a lot of South African companies... VERY DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST! WONT BE RECOMMENDING
CANAL WALK To the salesman that helped me yesterday, thank you, to the Manager he asked if I could use the ladies, thank you. To the woman behind the counter I asked to point out the door to the ladies you get a BIG thumbs down. You should go on a refresher course RE manners and how to treat your customers!! There was NO need to get so uptight and rude about me using the staffs toilet ok!!! Catching Covid in a wc is plain stupid... Considering this @home branch is outside the mall and ridiculously far to go to a toilet I SERIOUSLY suggest building one for your customers. Are we suppose to shop with you then in the middle of shopping, go across to CW, locate a toilet and then walk all the way back??? IS THIS SERVICE.... I THINK NOT. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS SHOP AT CANAL WALK AGAIN!!!!
No wonder Foshini doesn't reply to any of the Hellopeter complaints. If they think I'm going to pay the all their unnecessary charges showing on my latest account they can think again. During Covid, granted I paid a bit less but I made a payment every month and for Aug I paid the full premium. Now they want me to pay R20 x 2 for emails sent, R20 for a phone call & R2.80 for 3 sms's !!!!! Not gonna happen..... I was the one that phoned in MYSELF to give reasons for short payment so sorry... I wont be paying any charges. IF this is how you treat very long-standing customers in a time of a major pandemic then you had all go back & get a bit of customer service training. SHOCKING
Everything looked good & safe so I went ahead and ordered & paid for a Kenwood Processor. Date:7/8/2020 The ONLY communication I got was to say that received my order and they are now busy processing. Well, they obviously employ snails because no human could possibly STILL be processing it over a week later!!! If there's an issue why not write and tell me. I've phoned them (voice mailbox is full) I've emailed and Messengered... NO RESPONSE If they don't contact me I will be forwarding the relevant info to the ombudsman. Their site really doesn't look like a scam. Over 11000 likes on Facebook etc. Why must one always worry about buying online? In future I'll stick to Takealot, they're the real deal and one knows where u stand throughout the transaction.
