Your food delivery drivers are ****mers!!! O usually order at the EDENVALE MARKET on Tuesdays on the fruit and veg special and have never had issues. Until one day 13 Kaniary 2026 your driver called Sabali said he waited at the gate and I was not available….LIES!!I have proof of the time I sent him an access pin for my estate and I have even provided this to UBEREATS and the conclusion was that my refund would be processed! It is the 31st of January 2026 and I still haven’t received my refund!! I feel ****med by YOU ALL!!
I should have checked the reviews first 😭 the whole get “a certain amount off” when you purchase on their App for the first time …LIES 😂 I was plugged by an influencer I trust and went ahead and used their app for the first time and yeah got the “certain amount” off …cool . The order is shipped and hey before you know it there’s an issue with delivery 😂😂 hawu AMAZON whaaaat? Jiki jiki we will refund you 🫠 so you order and use the discount THEN they cancel the order and now you can’t get another discount because you are no longer a first time App buyer ….see? Sekhubeke Amazon!!
What a bad experience! I had used them before and had no issues so I thought let me utilise their services again…biggest mistake! I had contacted them in time and all was good, on the morning of the move I decided to call them as we had scheduled for around 1pm. I called around 11:00 am just to see n sure they have the correct addresses etc. Not the lady Tshifiwa acting like she was just about to call me lol. Not her saying that they have a problem with the truck and she only found out about a minute ago , cimba ndimuncu lo! They literally cancelled an hour before my move!!! So unprofessional and I guess they only have 1 truck !!
Once again I have to write here because of Vumatels bad customer service. My ISP Intense Fibre escalated my query 3 days ago and no Technician has even contacted me or come to assist with the issue. I am livid as I cannot work, study at home for the last 3 days due to my Fibre bring down. Sign up with Vumatel at your own risk but do know that they do not assist with queries!!!!!
I have been trying to cancel my membership from Fourways gym on the website since last week. My 12 months contract came to end on the 24th and I knew I will not renew it. It kept giving an error and I could not physically go and sort this out. Now I managed to go today 26th and I am told I cannot cancel after the 25th yet I have a screenshot of an error saying I can’t cancel. Now if I couldn’t cancel before the 25th and even after the 25th what am I supposed to do. I will now be billed for a month that I won’t even gym for!!!
My husband was relocating and cancelled with Vox yet they charged him the following month!!Refund him his money!
Bad experience with MIKE B whom I dealt with in 2021 for a unit at Cedar Lofts. He had stated that the water was included in the rental and throughout my stay there I had to pay water every month. I highlighted this to him via email and WhatsApp conversations and he had promised to reimburse me in a VN but later ignored my texts. I still have all the proof and chats to him. I have since moved out of the unit and have not been reimbursed my water amount.
Home Affairs Uitenhage branch need to really get their act together. He way they treat the public is really shocking. The ladies are ull of attitude and do not care about serving the public. How disgusting.
I've been with out Fibre for 2days due to loadshedding, when I contact the ISP Intensefibre I am told of the turnaround time. I work from home and this is really unacceptable.
