I Want My Refund that is DUE!!!!!
Hi I have been fighting with RCS - Edgars since the beginning of August regarding a refund that is due to me for an over paid account. They advised 14 days maximum and the refund would have been processed. Nothing. No calls, no communication, nothing. What must a person do to get their money back. You keep passing the buck from Edgars to Nimble and they are doing the same. I want this resolved URGENTLY, you have had your 14 days plus and still nothing.

I want my REFUND
So there is an over-payment on my account and I keep getting pushed from pillar to post to get a refund of the overpayment. The account is closed so therefore the refund is due to myself. No one can advise me what is happening with regards to the refund and no one knows who is going to process it even though my details were sent through to Edgars

I WANT MY REFUND
In excess of 20 calls later and still no answers. So when you owe them money for what ever account is handed over they make you made with calls. When you have overpaid and they need to refund you, good luck!!!!!!!!!!! I have dealt with so many consultants and not one of them can give me the correct feedback. Now calls are being cut. I am not surprised that they run away from owing people money. Payments were unallocated from December 2020. Then proof of payments were sent through for allocation. which is not done. Still refund due is still not reflecting or can be assisted with.

No Feedback and No Delivery
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 and the promotional items that you receive from the Samsung Members is a R4000 voucher which can be utilised on the Samsung E Store. I received the voucher and proceeded to the online store. The terms are that you must utilise the full value of the voucher which I did. This order was finalised and voucher was used for payment on the 13th of October 2020. They advise that delivery will be done within 7 Days. Till today the order status is still in ordered and when I call, they advise they are confirming payment (Don’t understand as it is their voucher). Till today which is day 8, the order is in the same status and therefore I do not understand what the hold on the order is. I mean tell the client the issue if it is stock or what the problem is. No feedback no update it is just pathetic to say the least. I don’t understand why issue vouchers if you can not supply the goods accordingly. Surely if it is out of stock then the online store should advise out of stock or on back order.

No Feedback No Management No Service
No feedback, no management, so service. I am tired of the same Bull on the phone and the same story. Do we need to get lawyers involved in order to get this resolved???????? Release the line at my property that is all I am asking. You can go after the previous tenants in your own time and stop wasting mine. This is lock down and you are preventing me from working from home.

Bad Service and Assistance
I moved into a new property. Placed an installation request with my ISP and advise that Supersonic has an order pending and it is not for me. I stay at the address and Supersonic is not able to release their pending order. They are not even able to search under a physical address. I am livid as I can not proceed with my order due to the uselessness and non existent help from Supersonic

Pathetic Service, Empty Promises (Pietermaritzburg)
This is the worst couriers service I have had to deal with. Empty promises, day 5 and no one is available. This is the second day according to the tracking that my parcel is out for delivery. I was assured that it would be delivered today. Should I be surprised at 17h05 that still no delivery and depot closed. I do not understand how you can make a statement that it is due to the increase of packages being distributed. Do not promise clients 3 days service if 5 days it still is not delivered. They have not once picked up the phone and contacted me to advise they would not make it or could they deliver after 17h00. I am the one that needs to keep calling them. I was now advised that no one can assist me now and they will only be able to assist me on Monday as they are closed for the day. I will in future request that the company sending me items must utilise someone else.

I called Discovery Insure today to get a quote and add a new vehicle to my policy. The gentleman on the other side of the line was very helpful and speedy at getting me the quote and processing the acceptance of the quote on the policy.
