I am very disappointed with the delivery of my vehicle licence disk through Capitec Bank. The disk is still not delivered within the expected timeframe, and there has been little to no communication regarding the delay. This puts customers at risk of fines for not displaying a valid licence disk. I expected better service and clearer updates. My 21 days are over tomorrow. I hope this issue can be addressed urgently to improve the experience for other customers.
I paid money over to Landau in October and November 2024. The amount adds up to R2000 which they had to pay over to Old Mutual. This amount was never paid over to Old Mutual. When i realised this in Feb 2025 i immediately contacted Landau. I have been contacting them on numerous occasions requesting that the money be paid to Old Mutual. I even sent them proof of the payments i've made. Each time i call i am given a different excuse and i am told that the money will be paid. It is now October 2025, almost a year since these payments were made and still nothing. Have they now decided to just keep money that does not belong to them?
My husband has a rain account which we have been paying from my bank account. In November we çancelled our rain account due to poor connection. They then deducted money at the end of November. Now on 23rd December they deducted money from my account again. There is no way for us to stop this because they have saved my card details and they have been doing recurring payments without being given permission to do so. In the beginning of the contract we used to make payment ourselves because we were told that it was a month to month contract but for the past few months we could not even decide if we wanted it for that specific month because they just automatically deduct. We are unable to remove our card details. How long is this going to continue
I made a purchase online on 29th Nov. 2022. I would just like to know when i will receive my order. I called on 12th Dec and i was told by Roshni that someone will call me back. I am still waiting. I just want to know if i will receive my order before Christmas or if they can refund me.
I am in O.K foods Mafikeng. Disabled woman doing shopping. My sister asked management if i can be allowed infront of the queue and they refused. A guy in a wheelchair is allowed but i am not. I am disgraced. I had to stand in the long long queues until it was my turn.
I have the Tiendeo app which show specials from all stores in the area that you stay. I found a special at pick n pay valid from the 30th September to 3rd October 2021 on Lean mince for R69 per kg and Lamb Braai chops for R129.99 per kg. The advert says at all pick n pay supermarkets and hypers in the North West. I sent my husband to purchase these specials however our Pick n Pay at the Crossing in Mahikeng tells us that they are not selling it for those prices. Why does the advert then say North West and they refusing to sell it to us.
Saturday i bought 2 buckets for one and received it with 2 drinks. Yesterday i went to the same KFC and ordered 3 buckets for one. The lady took my order at the drive thru and i went to the next window and paid for it. Everything was fine and nothing was said to me they just took the order and the money and i went to the next window. I get to the window to collect and they only give me the buckets with no drinks. I asked the guy where my drinks are and he tells me that they don't have coldrinks. The special is only while stocks last. When i ask him where that is written he tells me it is on the menu board. Mind you this bucket is not even advertised on the menu at the drive thru i could not find it. The lady that took my order did not tell me they don't have coldrink. The lady that took the money did not tell me they dont have coldrink and my slip i got shows 3 free cokes. If they had told me this i would have changed my order or cancelled the order.

I have been trying for the past few days to withdraw my money from Betway however, they are just not assisting. I sent my statement as requested about 3 or 4 times to FICA and to the support email addresses and still nothing. I even chatted to someone and he told me that he has recieved my documents and that he has sent it to the banking team. That was a few days ago but still nothing. I am getting frustrated because i really need that money even though it's not much
Went to Nando's Mahikeng (the crossing), ordered a quarter chicken and a side salad. I could not believe that it is lunch time and they tell me that they do not have salad available. Are they not suppose to prepare for 13h00. Secondly i ordered the hot flavour, the chicken is not even hot, there is no sauce over it and there is no extra sauce in the packet. This is really daylight robbery, i paid R60 for a very disappointing meal.
