Great service from knowledgeable staff. When you phone, they answer and if you have questions, they can give the correct info. If they wish to improve even more, replace the current courier service.

I was blocked from doing immediate payments, phoned your helpline and was told that I had to complete the Digi-Me process which I did, and failed. I obviously don't look the same as I did when I was 16 so no surprise. The consultant told me that I would have to go in to a branch. I refuse to do go in to our branch, you stand in line forever and I don't have time to go there which is why I do online banking. I also e-mailed you twice, a 24hr commitment reply was stated, I'm still waiting... I will be closing my accounts with Standard Bank and will move to FNB. Standard Bank's service is terrible... Your digital banking is not reliable and full of flaws, I have had enough...
I bought a phone from Takealot via another vendor. I wanted to copy all my data back to my phone when I got it but no joy, phone won't connect. I wanted to post a one star review that said the following: "Failed to connect to my PC out of the box. Frustrated doesn't start to convey how I feel..." My review was not approved. Seems like Takealot doesn't negative reviews because this apparently violates their guidelines...
I would like to commend Cheri at Cash Crusaders middestad in Bellville for the great service I have received. she kept in contact, followed up on my query and continually offered support.
What a massive pain in the ass to shop online on their website... I wanted to buy a new rugged phone they stock. Started looking and found that you have to go to a map, get the store name, go back to the page the item is listed on and then enter the name of the store you just picked from the map to see if they have stock. Many stores have no feedback, some will state no stock. So great, that's step one, takes a long time to do. Then, you must physically confirm stock. Phone them, no stock available.... Tell them the system says they have stock, oh yes, sorry, we do have stock. OK, add to basket.. Go to payment options, no Mobicred option. Phone the store again, speak to the manager, refers me to customer care. Phone them, yes, mistake on the system, will give feedback in 30min... 2 hours later, still waiting. Terrible system that will cost Cash Crusaders tons of money.

Sad to see so many negative reviews when I got such excellent service. Swift delivery, and good feedback. Would be nice if Loot kept more items they advertise on stock though. The ordering of items takes almost a week. Very happy though, thank you.
I see a lot of negative ratings here, wow... I must have ordered the right things every time because I have never received any bad service from them! I have been using takealot since before their name change and the service has only ever been excellent. I wish some other companies could work as fast and efficient...
