On May 26th, 2026, my day was already spoiled before I even stepped into Noordgesig Shoprite. I approached the parcel counter to drop off my belongings and encountered a young lady named Ingrid. I greeted her politely, but she simply looked me up and down. I then requested to leave my three parcels. She took them and placed each in different spots. When I asked if that was okay since she had given me one tag, she responded dismissively. Suddenly, she became rude for no apparent reason, with a hard tone and a grumpy expression. She snapped, “What do you want?” and warned, “I will throw your parcels away if you keep talking.” I chose to leave her and focused on my own business.

Usave is shoprites baby and guess what, they never beat the allegations . The opened a new branch here at Vosloorus, the first time my mom brought 3,5KG Goldie brand, and the meat was nothing but frozen Gray rotten meat. The bones were breaking but they were frozen, chipping away. Today my mom bought 5KG Farmers Choice and guess what, the same thing again. Usave is the last in the food chain, created to feed the poor, rotten meat. We are all human and deserve fresh food. Disgusting

The parking area is full of potholes so you can not even park properly. They only have three cashiers so you wait for a long time to be helped

Soshanguve crossing delivery drivers really sucks. When you are really desperate they choose to not deliver and their head office they go like " sorry, we can only deliver tomorrow" even if they know they can still deliver. Such bad experience from the 60 - Sixty side

Do yourself a favour and check your till slip after shopping at Checkers Grey Owl. I end up standing in the customer services queue for a refund nearly every time after shopping there. Mostly it's not a problem getting the refund but last week Sunday the person who was supposed to serve me gave me the wrong refund and refused to listen when I told her how much I had paid too much. I left after about 10 minutes of trying to reason with her thinking I would try again this week with another person who can do math. So this morning I went shopping there with my till slip from last week and tried again. Unfortunately for me it was the same person again and the same supervisor who with a real bad attitude said she remembers me from last week. I tried again and asked her to use a calculator this time which she really struggled to use. I gave up after another 10 minutes of trying to get her to use the calculator properly and reason with her. When I went to look for the store manager he was also nowhere to be found.

I bought ****** bread man biscuits for me and my son. The way they were so hard to bite, let alone to break. We ended up soaking them on our hot tea. Still they were hard to bite nor break. To our disappointment we had to throw them away. A few days later going back for some late shopping, I asked the baker why the biscuits were so hard to break she said it's supposed to be that way. She made fun of me for asking her the question in Venda with her colleague. Am very disappointed even more of how she handled the situation by making fun of me saying am asking a stupid question. I think these biscuits should be removed, don't even think anyone buys them. Please help a hurt customer
