My vehicle was in an accident in 2019. We got it back in 2020, however the panel beater cut off the part that had the vin plate. Since 2020 to date we have been communicating back and forth with emails regarding our vin plate. They have been terrible with helping us and it has been a nightmare trying to get assistance from them.

Nadat ek die advertensie vir die voertuig op Cars.co.za gesien het, skakel ek die nommer en praat met Japie van Reeuwyk. Hy skep onmiddelik 'n aangename verhouding en reel dat Mems Kariem my sal skakel. Mems skakel en laat voel my dadelik op my gemak. Hy verskaf volledige inligting oor die voertuig en toe ek noem dat ek in die Wes-Kaap is, bied hy aan om met Japie te praat oor die koste van 'n vliegkaartjie. Hy skakel later terug en bevestig dat hulle nie net die helfte van die vlugkaartjie sal betaal nie, maar ook sal reel dat die drywer Sello my by die lughawe sal kry. Dit is mos klientediens! Voor my vertrek skakel Mems weer om seker te maak alles is nog in plek. Sello stuur ook 'n boodskap toe hy by die lughawe aankom om seker te maak dat ek hom sal herken. Dit is mos goeie kommunikasie! Die verkoopsproses word 'n aangename ervaring met rooi satynlaken en strik op die kar (selfs al is dit maar 'n t****ehandse voertuig) met koffie en foto's. My eiesoortige betalingswyse word ge-akkomodeer en die kar word volgemaak met brandstof. Reg aan die einde sit Gawie hand by om die diensboekie gereed te kry en ook my selfoon te koppel. Dit is mos hoe 'n klient vooropgestel word!! Nou glo, hoop en vertrou ek net die voertuig gee my dieselfde goeie diens! Ek sal hierdie handelaar en die hele span met groot vrymoedigheid aanbeveel!

Today I went to Fedauto in Dundee, my laptop connection was so bad, so I had to ask for Guest WIFI password from the Dealer principal (Thokozani Khumalo) he didn't want to hear what I want, he just said he can't help me. I was so disappointed because I had to continue working while waiting for my car.

I bought a new Ford Ranger from Fedauto Kokstad. The experience was a dream and the staff bent over backwards to help me. Turnaround times on any questions were unbelievable. Philip, the dealer principle was so helpful and accommodating and eager to ensure I was happy.

Unfortunately I need to give Fedauto 1 star, and not the fault of the salesman or the branch, but the lady, Kerry Walker, in the financing department. I've been buying all my vehicles at Harrismith Ford. It used to be Dries Auto, but now it is Fedauto. I drive from Bloemfontein (Have a Ford dealer 5km from me) to Harrismith to buy and service my vehicles due to the excellent service I normally get from Ford Harrismith. The Salesman there is amazing, Michiel Heyns. the workshop and parts departments is outstanding. I've tried many times to get a better deal from a lot of dealers, but Michiel Heyns always seems to find a way to give me the better deal. I traded my vehicle for a new one. After 8 days the old vehicle payment went off my account again. After contacting Ford Harrismith and Wesbank they informed me that the paperwork to settle the old vehicle was not completed yet. I contacted Kerry Walker to find out what the issue was and she just said that it is not her problem, she can't do anything for me and I need to sort it out with the salesman. This is a finance department issue, her mistake, and she informs me that the salesman and the client must sort the issue out??? I will never refer anyone to a FedAuto dealer. Until someone else takes over from Fedauto in Harrismith, myself and my family and friends will not buy from them again.

Extremely appalled by the service at Fedauto(Ford) Kokstad; My mom’s new car from 2015 has been getting serviced between them and East London routinely, and the last few services before it stopped on the side of the road was with Fedauto Kokstad. Unfortunately for us the closet garage it could be towed to was at said Fedauto and we would regret it from the moment it got there. I’m talking wrong diagnostics and an ending administrative nightmare. The latest and the cherry on top was of them, give or take 3 months later, telling us of an outstanding amount we didn’t pay, blaming my middle-aged mother and proceeding to harass and hunt us down like dogs for the money to be payed as soon as we can pay it. While they had the courtesy of 3 months we were generous enough to settle the perpetual nightmare within 15 days. And I dare say we were harassed until that last penny hit their bank. Do I hope it is over! I know these companies don’t care and they lose one customer and get on with their lives and so what if one person gets put off ever buying Ford or Mazda or visiting these garages. We gotta pick our poisons right! This is more a cautionary tale for anyone even considering buying a car from these companies or even using Fedauto Kokstad: RUN. And if you must pay the extra fee to get your car to a better centre, do that. You will have better peace of mind and At least your money won’t be poured into some crooked/incompetent business. I actually wish there was an option with no stars. They don’t even deserve one.

I have visited the Fedauto dealership in Newcastle on two occasions in the previous two weeks. A great willing team and a speacial thank you to Anine Maloney whom I believe is highly competant and helpful. Much appreciated.

Our car has been with Fedauto in kokstad since 25 September. I have been liaising with Nishan who sometimes does not return my calls or emails. This morning I called to speak to supervisor or manager, I was informed they out of office. I left my details no one responded to my message. All in all our car is still not fixed, I don't know why did they accept the car when they knew they will not attend to it. The sad part is we are in east London and the car is in kokstad. I never experience such poor service compared to this one.
