Natasha Prins and Damian Stone are the biggest ****s. They have mislead my mother and misold her medical aid plans and Momentum is the worst medical aid I have dealt with in my entire life. Please do not join Momentum or deal with Optivest. Our complaint is ongoing with Zelda and so far she seems to be trying to assist. But only the outcome might change my mind about the shady business practices of these companies

Upon appointing Optivest I was very impressed but oh my word!i changed my debit order details with Momentum Health but for some reason it was not done. Even though I got an email saying it was. I had to find out that my medical aid has been suspended when I wanted to collect my chrinic medication. Was Optivest not supposed to inform me that the debit order has been returned? Truly disappointed in your service.

This is the absolute worst agency I have ever dealt with. We've been with them for almost 2 years and almost never have I received assistance with any medical aid related queries. I have always ended up having to contact my medical aid directly. Their communication is terrible, the consultants are grossly misinformed and prefer hearing their own voice instead of yours if you're lucky enough to get through to someone. I have requested a cancellation form and I sincerely hope that the membership would at least be cancelled promptly when they receive it back from our side. This place has been a total waste of time and money and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

When you try to contact the individual who is in charge of your account and speak to a nother consultant about a situation the response with in 10 to 15 minutes after 3 hours you have to contact them again for feedback and no feedback
