Good morning, I walked into the MTN Store in Vangate Mall Mitchells Plain where I was greeted by a consultant who immediately assisted me with an updated esim application. All went well until I had to receive an email from their system. an hour later i returned to the store stating I have not received the email notification whereby a second consultant told me the email normally takes a while. Twelve hours later still no email. The reason for my complaint is that the consultant never took the time out to verify if the system had sent the email. Yet the day before when i stepped into a MTN store in Tygervalley Bellville i got an email immediately while i was still in the store. I feel the service delivery in Mitchells Plain branch of MTN sucks and would not recommend it to anyone.
So previously I logged a complaint after I purchased a TV and it was not delivered with in 7 days and cancelled that order. I then purchased it in store whereby I received a unit immediately as it was their display unit as I could not wait any longer. I enquired about my payment reversal numerous times during the week as I cancelled the purchase on the 10th May. It is the 17th May '25 today and still no payment reversal. You know i think of this company's serve. What do you think of this company's Service?
Wumdrop delivers parcels for Game, they have all the fabulous tools like maps, locations and live chat. They even have an app. None of this is functional as an order from Game to me was handed to them 5 days ago and still has not been delivered. I tried chatting to an online Rep, not one person tried calling me. What does this say? No customer service, can't be bothered & undependable.
Good day, I purchased a TV from Game and did this online. Within the same day I received a message ÿour delivery was handed to the courier." 4 days later I'm still waiting for the delivery. On their online chat "whatsapp"the consultant confirmed on the 3rd day that the courier has my delivery but hasn't been handed to the driver. HaHa. What a story. My point is not only the poor after sale service but the blatant lies spread by consultants. I would not recommend buying from ****s.
Good day, I had a Game Loan Account with RCS which was paid in full Feb 2024 and received a paid up letter. Today 13 May 2024 I received a statement showing that I owe them R69,++. How in heavens name does a company like RCS makes an error like that. This is the consultants answer when I call in. An Error. Why is my nmae still active on their business? Who manages this? Who does audits? is just a few few questions I asked. To top it I requested a reference number and have not received this as requested. How would you rate this business?
Good day, this company has the best support team that reads your query but fails to give a refund. There are inadequate facilities or options for you to upload a video, nor will they go the extra mile with an alternative source for you to provide them with visual proof that their mobile/ cellphone software does not work. So to all you readers, stay away from Tenoshare, their software caters to systems backdated to the 19th century and cannot give you the full support expected from customers.
On the 29 November 2022. I purchased R280.00 Flexi Bundle from my FNB account and never received the Bundle. I visited the Telkom Vangate Branch here in Cape Town and was asked to call the service number 081 180. I only received self help options. Then I logged a call back on the internet and i received a call. Truly excited I answered and could here the consultants chatting away but not answering me. After several attempts of logging a call back no one called. This is the first time I experienced such poor service from Telkom. Now I wonder if if others too are experiencing the same or is it just me. I do want a supervisor Manger to call me and correct my account. Money does not grow on trees. What is my thoughts going forward? Well South Africa customers service is going down the drain with people in the work place not doing what they signed up for. Buybuy Telkom.
Good day I placed an order on the 17/06/2022 and tried calling their online number to query my order. There is no answer at this number. I sent an email. There is no reply. Wow this is terrible. I think I've been scammed. Stay away from such online purchases.
Good day, I bought a GWM Steed 5 from Motorama Goodwood. I took possession of the vehicle the last day of Dec 2020 and you know what the reason for that was. However I need to bring to your attention as reader that it is now 15 days later and I still do not have my new registration plates and licence. Every request made, I get told the proxy is busy with it or the proxy is still at the traffic department. Can you believe this. I work for a transport company and our proxy does vehicle licencing at AVTS in the Boquinar Industrial area and it takes less than 2 hours. Now you tell me, what does this story sounds like?
