I am trying to increase my RCP for days now and it has an unresolved issue error. It is very urgent and I need assistance. I have tried calling and and speaking to my private banker.
We stopped at Wimpy Colesburg on our recent holiday. The service was non-existent and the food was of very poor quality. When we complained to the manager regarding our 90 minute wait just for drinks, she was unbothered and told us that they have run out of bread for breakfast. I expected Wimpy to have consistency and standards and the expereince was disappointing and delayed our travels but the staff were happy to stand around chatting and putting on makeup instead of doing their jobs.
Hi, I orders the prawn pops, calamari and hake and I did not get hake and the food was NOT worth R99. I am very disappointed and will not be buying from you guys anytime soon as I feel you have ripped me off. 4 prawn pops and 4 calamari for R99 is ridiculous.
There is no customer service, I have been trying to get an invoice for a student the company sponsors for over a month and I keep being asked to contact a different person. It is impossible to get any help. I will be advising the student to study at a different institution as the service is very unprofessional.
Useless service and dishonest driver. have been waiting for my package for over a week and the tracking says consignee not available however no one has tried to deliver to me. Today they say the address isnt correct and i asked then how did they say they tried to deliver. Customer service keeps putting the phone down as well.
This is the 3rd bad expereince I have had a Builders Warehouse. I went in yesterday to the Alberton Branch and went to buy plants, there was a section of plants in poor condition marked down. When I got to the counter, the manager said we cant discount these the system doesn't allow us to so too bad you cant buy them. I walked out of Builders without purchasing anything as there is no customer service.
Click's Lemon tree provided the worst service, I stood in a queue for an hour for prescription medication. The queueing number system does not work well and the staff are slow. I do not normally use Clicks and will not be shopping there again.
I bought Mac and Steel ready meals on Tuesday The product tasted metallic and was inedible. It also made us sick. I then complained by sending an email to PNP and have had no response. Customer service is non existent
I appreciate that banks are now assisting DHA, however FNB the Glen home affairs team are not interested in assisting. I app**** at the FNB Glen in August for my sons ID document and it has not been issued. The team there say they can do nothing. What is the point of adding these services to your portfolio if your staff do not even try to assist. FNB I am changing my bank becuase of this poor service
Horrible customer service, I have been on the phone with MTN customer care and the agents are very rude and when I ask the to speak to a supervisor I get transferred to another department. It is the worst service and they have been over billing me even after I asked for the contact to be cance3lled.
