Even thougfh I tried to opt out of the Edreams Prime with a monthly R195 subscription I will still added. They make it hard to opt out when making the reservation. They also make it hard to cancel the membership which will automatically charge you R195 per month until you manage to cancel it. I had to speak to someone in a foreign call centre who found it difficult to take down my email address so they could find and cancel this. I will rather pay slightly more and book with someone else in the future.
Great company with some of the best prices around. Shipped my order the following day. I ended up changing my order to a cheaper item and they refunded me the difference on the same day I requested.
How do these big companies get away with spamming people all day. There are supposed to be laws against it but they dont seem to care. I dont mind a legitimate call from an actual call but these robots are a total invasion of privacy. If I ever were to use this company in the future its now not going to happen on principle, I wish everyone did the same.
I moved my 30k per month account to Dawn Wing after my usual courier company got damaged during the looting - what a mistake. Dawnwing is sub par on all levels - collection is unreliable, we close at 4pm and ask them to come by 3pm to collect to be safe, they call at 6pm while im having dinner. Delivery is very slow, if there is an issue the parcel just sits in the warehouse for a week until my customer calls and complains and I follow up. With all the above described problems they have the most useless understaffed call center that you have to contact to try sort out your issues the standard greeting at the call center is "we are currently experiencing very high call volumes. There are much better courier companies out there believe me I have tried many.
This company spam calls you on the weekend. They have no regard for your wishes as they are calling people that are on the National opt out list. I asked to speak to the manager and was told it is a Saturday and he is off. Ironic the manager gets to enjoy the weekend while his staff harass the general public. I just with these companies would get fined for this sort of thing. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY DO NOT CALL ME!!!!
<p>I have now gone through 6 twisp batteries in under two years. I have given up on twisp and gone to a local vape shop and am finally very happy. Twisp use a company called joytec and rebrand it, Joytec internattionally is a cheap product but after Twisp rebrands it they put a massive markup and you are overpaying for inferion/outdated products. Go to your local Vape shop rather than twisp and get value for your money, even the liquids is much better for substantially lower in price. Twisp aero costs R1100 but you can order the same product Ego one for R400 internationslly .</p>
<p> My R99 contract that I use as a spare phone came to an end and all of a sudden they started chargin me R 400 per month. I called in June and they said they would rectify the problem but I have aain been overcharged in July when I should have recieved a credit. The call centre are incapable of assisting and it is near impossible of getting a supervisor on the line. I will be porting all my numbers elsewhere and reporting your incompetint thieving company to the NCC.</p>
<p>I am on the national opt out database but still Bidvest sends me unsolicited SMS messages to my phone on top of this I must now pay the get them to stop. Totally ridicules and I will never use Bidvest for anything because of it. You would think someone in the marketing department at this company would realize that this type of marketing can only damage their brand.</p>
