The worst service ever. First they burglarised my house and no alarm went off so no response. They said i must fit in a new alarm system coz the old one is faulty, and i did fit in a new system from them and guess what,the new alarm system still has the very same fault as the one they had removed. Those **** technicians they bring in to fix the alarm always dont know what to do. Their service is nonsense. Dont sign up with them,you will regret it.
2 weeks already ive been waiting for Dstv Maponya mall Soweto to have stock for a decoder. Within this 2 weeks ive made 3 trips from my house because when i call their phones NEVER get answered. I gave them my number to let me know when stock is available so I can come but still no one bothered. Today i went again, i was refused to speak to the manager, stock still not there and i was told by the consultant who was as useless as the first one that theres no stock and i should call their phone that never gets answered. ****ed is an understatement as i pay for this service
I had the worst service ever at your rocomamas at the glen mall.the waiter,who made sure i did not see his name,cheated us out if our money.we order was a total mix up,his attitude was not even close to professional and we paid for 16 wings which we did not receive.i even had to ask another waiter to help order drinks while he was minding his own business and looked totally intoxicated.the manager who was assisting with getting out the orders paid no attention when the 2nd waiter told him about our complain,he just laughed.so in actual fact rocomamas owes us money for our wings.im disgusted by the service and il share this on every platform i get.i think his name is ringo or some nonsense like that
The Nandos in Lenasia just Outside Trade route mall offers the worst possible service.we made an order via drive thru and we were sent to the chilli bay to wait for our order.how ever we waited 20mins while other cars came and left with the orders in less than 10mins.all we wanted was a half chicken with a salad and chips.we had to go to the window again to still ask for the order and it was still not ready.im not sure wether we were discriminated against coz we were the only black clients at the drive thru at that time hence we got the lowest form of service.this is the second incident i have encountered at that very same nandos and i will not be buying there anymore along with anyone i know personally
I sent someone to buy me a bigmac meal at mcdonalds lenasia trade route.after a few bits i realize there where 3 purple spots on the pattie.i was disgusted and threw the food away without even taking a picture of the disgust.i was to far to take it back nor did i have a slip since i had sent someone.This mcdonalds is notorious for rubbish since their service especially at night is ****.they only take seriously other races and disregard black customers
My alarm just stop working over 4 days ago.i reported the matter to chubb and they said they would send a technician the next day.the technician never pitched and told me they cant get to my house cause they are unfamiliar with the area.called back again and tgey said they would send another technician the next day.when i call their offices i get sent from pillar to post.my panic buttons arent working and i cant even arm the sytem.chubb is in breach of contract and i no longer want their poor service anymore.prepare to hear from my lawyers

<p>I had the most awful experience with one of your service consultants Nomadlozi Tshabalala.i came to enquire about opening an account and that Girl was rude as hell.i know standard bank has bad service but she takes the crown.is that the general training that employees at standard bank clearwater mall get??not is she only rude but she lacks people s****s.il stick to my current bank thanks</p>
<p>I always liked telkom because their internet speed is fast and when using their modem i never experience any delays but now telkom is starting to push me into disliking them.they failed to collect their debit order on the agreed date.called their contact center and i was told that they tried to collect the money the day before which has never happened before since ive been with them,and i was told if I don't do a manual payment il be sent to the collection department.seriously??what an inconvenience!il be facing penalties and a bad record on my name all because you guys failed to do your **** job which is written in black and white.im livid that this is happening!fix your nonsense </p>
