My elderly mom paid for a television at House and home N1 City in July and we are now in September she has not received her TV I have to call in every now and then to find out if the TV is in stock to be promised for someone to call me back and that never happens. Customer service there is really bad at N1 city

I made my groceries at the store on 30 May 2025 my groceries included Jungle Oat Chocolate Bar which was for my 6-year-old sons lunch., During the week the school called me to say that the Jungle Oat chocolate bar had live maggots in it They took it from my son and kept. i sent the store the vn from the school. I am totaly dissapoint my son could have eaten the bar with maggots
I had a great experience my mom's claim. from the logging the claim to claim being paid out, the/ assessors/ plumbers did not take a long time to assess the damage. Santam Insurance is real value for money. Vicky Nzuza was helpful great customer service. Keep up the great work Vicky
My investment matured in March and I requested for a withdrawal which was supposed to happen end of March, a few weeks later I received an email to complete and submit documentation which I did. Unfortunately, no payment has been made till to date I have been calling in their customer service line to follow up with no assistance. It takes up to 45 min for a call to be answered or no answer at all at times especially if you call after 1pm.
In December I was travelling from Park Station to Cape Town. The bus was supposed to leave at 18h30 but instead it left at 20h00 we stood there with no one explaining that there is going to be a delay. When we finally got into the but the aircon was not working at it was hot. I travelled again 24 Feb from JHB park station to Cape Town and the same thing happened the bus was almost three hours late and we had to ask no one came to tell us what was happening. very disappointed at Greyhound's service.
I paid up my credit card a year ago and requested that the FNB credit division cancel and close my account with them. They are still deducting money from my account for charges. It is frustrating because every time I call the call center I am told that I owe money I can't cancel and close the credit card.

I will never recommend a first-time buyer or a female who does not know much about cars and financing choosing this store, they care about making a sale and letting you sign without explaining much. I ended up paying for a balloon payment which was not explained to me. I bought the car in 2013 still paying off the balloon payment.
Spur in Cape Town services the best buffalo wings. I have never enjoyed buffalo wings before they gave me a new love for buffalo wings.
