I am a client for years now with Mellins but my last experience with them was not good. I switched from Menlyn Mellins to Woodlands Mellins. I ordered prescribed sunglasses and after seeing 3 quotes I decided I wanted the Mirrored effect on my glasses. When it came 2 weeks later it was the Hard coated glasses. I asked them and they said that is the quote that was send through by Susanne. I was unhappy and tried to sort this out as I requested mirrored and not hard coated. We paid R4000 for these glasses and I think that is reasonable enough to help me get the correct glasses. I have phoned numerous times to find out what is the progress after Susanne told me she will order mirrored glasses. Nobody follows up with me and I constantly have to phone. My last call was yesterday and the person that assisted me said they can't do mirrored on my lenses??? I asked why and he did not know, but promised he will phone back. Well once again, still waited for a call from them??? I am very disappointed with Mellins and this is now my last time with them. I'm moving to another optometrist from now on. So this is how Mellins handles their customers. Very unhappy. Paid R4000 for sunglasses and did not get what I asked for!
Good day, This is now the 10th message I'm sending to MTN. I've tried contacting MTN and they cannot assist. I was at 3 different MTN shops that cannot assist. What is going on with MTN????? This is one of the emails I've sended Good day, I hope you can assist me with my problem. My phone was suspended and I made an arrangement to pay R3600 by end July which I did. I made the payment of R3600 on Friday the 30th July – See attached proof, but I see this has not been allocated to my account? Instead of R7400 it should be R3600 something outstanding. Furthermore I’ve made an arrangement of R1800 for end of August. Since this weekend my phone is not on a network anymore. I please request to unblock my phone as discussed with the consultant last week. I can’t give people my nr for my business because they can’t get hold of me meaning I’m losing valuable business. I hope this can be sorted out today. This has been going on since Friday the 30th July. I need my phone to be reactivated but it is as if MTN does not care. I'm now demanding this contract to be cancelled and if you lay charges I will take it further. I will not pay a cent anymore. I arranged for end of August again which you will not receive anything. I hope MTN will respond now..probably not!@!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been with MTN for years now. Last year I kept on receiving messages and phone calls for an upgrade. I decided to go in store to sort it out, nevertheless, the sales consultant did not told me it was an early upgrade as I did not keep track of when I last upgraded which added an extra R2063 to my bill!!! I would never have done the upgrade if I knew about this. Now I'm handed over and MTN is so pathetic to sort it out. This is time to make a change! At least MTN is playing the SA part... NO SERVICE!
Pathetic that in this day and age you do not accept American express. At BP Winmore. Always supported you but will not anymore. Probably won't bother you because I'm 1 person but at least can warn other customers
Just sad to know that Animal Kingdom do not cater for everyone. I have an American express card.. the only card I have with money on and could not purchase cat food for my hedgehog there because a big company like you do not accept American express. I've always supported Animal kingdom and have spend alot there in the past but will rather support our local SMALL pet store that do. Pathetic to say the least. At least you can just apply for it for a speed point.
Edgars is so flippen pathetic! Spend 3 hours yesterday to get clothes for our kids and kept it out so that my husband could get it today on his account. He was there this morning and apparently his card did not go through because of the new system. Apparently something to do with RCS. Pathetic staff ar Menlyn did not even know what nr to phone to sort out the nr. My husband left all the clothes there. Wake up Edgars.. you are going to lose customers!!!!!
Pathetic service from Dawn wing. I paid and send a parcel last week 30th Oct to a customer and a week later she had not received her parcel. Customer is furious and want her money back. All the promises from Dawn wing is just in fact empty promises! Will rather use that money paid to dawn wing and deliver self to my customers from now on!
Pathetic service!! Took 6 weeks for claim to pay out because Discovery Insure made a mistake. We could not get finance for another car if the one that was stolen not settled. We had a courtesy car and I wanted to extend it because we can't operate with only 1 car and since Discovery insure took so long... Problem from their side!!!... We are going to struggle with 1 car. Take your money each month but when it comes to pay out for claim they take long. Def will not see me again. Going back to my previous insurance company!
Me and my husband saw a property to rent from Rawson properties. We had a look at the house on the 28th of December. We then filled in an application form and we where notified that admin will only be done on the 2nd of Jan when offices opens. We were assited by Mariaan. After we have send the application through on the 2nd, we had no response for 3 days. My husband phoned after 3 days to know whether the application is through or not, and Mariaan mentioned that the owner was on holiday and will let us know asap. It is now the 8th of January and still have no feedback. At least just let us know whether the application was successful or not. We wanted to know if we can give a month's notice at our current place or not. And it is now too late. Poor customer service and will never go through Rawson properties again. First and last time.
I hired a car last week Wednesday (29/11) and the car was delivered at Brooklyn Motor labs. Today was the return day (7/12). When I arrived at 9am, there was no representative from Europcar to collect the car, so I phoned and arranged with them to pick up the car. The representative said I can just leave the keys there and they will come and collect. I received a phone call about an hour and half later where the representative accused me of changing the car's tires??? Which I did not.. I return the car as I received it last Wednesday and also filled up the car which I have proof of as well. He them claimed, they will have a look at the offices. Now, how can false accusations just be made before double checking?? Or is someone trying to make up stories to keep my deposit??? Very disappointed with the service. If I do not receive my refund within the 10 days stipulation on the contract, I will take this further!
