I have not received Telkom account statements for the last year. Can not link my account to my web profile (although I have the account number and telephone number on my last bill). When asking for "help" on the web page (after logging in), "404 - page does not exist". I can see why Telkom have to lay people off...
SABC hands people over to debt collectors without having sent an invoice to the customer. Then, an additional charge is levied for late payment. After numerous attempts to obtain an invoice, none has been produced. This is illegal as the consumer has not had an opportunity to pay within reasonable time. I shall not pay additional charges. Full stop.
I phoned MTN for an upgrade in August. I was placed under the impression that MTN Direct is similar to MTNSP, an outlet where I usually do my upgrade. However, the above given by MTN Direct fell short of being misleading and, after receiving proper advice from MTNSP, I had to cancel my upgrade at MTN Direct to wait for the phone I initially wanted. The nightmare started. Apparently, MTN Direct has to receive the phone back from a client before an upgrade can be canceled. The catch is that I had never received the phone as it had not been despatched from the courier's warehouse. In the meantime, MTN changed to a new courier service provider. Now, the phone is lost. I have been waiting for this cancelation for 6 weeks now. In the meantime, I have no new phone but I am paying for an upgrade. I have phoned numerous times. The upgrade has not been reversed. The only way forward is to consult the ombudsman.

I've two contracts with Vodacom. In both cases, I've not received voice and data to-ups on a monthly basis, as Vodacom has agreed upon. Aapparently, due to a "system update" earlier this year. Now, I've been monitoring these accounts, and they have NOT been updated. Being a professor in telecommunications at a reputable university, I can simply state that Vodacom is not being transparent in their dealings with clients... My suspicin is that they have changed the system and have not reflected those changes on these accounts. Terrible. But, this is the way they seem to conduct business.

I had a fuel level sensor replaced a few weeks ago, hence work was done on the fuel line. So, a few days after, my wife's car did not want to start in Rustenburg. She was on her own. The problem was with a fuel filter of which the bleeding valve was tightened too much. Now, this fuel filter had been fine for 8000 km, and broke directly after NTT Nissan worked on it. Fortunately, the car was repaired in Rustenburg (at cost). What was NTT Nissan Potchefstroom's reply? "We only worked on the fuel sensor", regardless of the fact that the fuel filter may have been used to bleed the fuel line. Now, the workshop manager was absent (on sick leave) and the vehicle's seats were soiled with oil when I received the vehicle. How did this absent manager know that his technician did not bleed the fuel line in his absence and accidentally broke the filter in the process? No way he could have... Nonetheless, think twice before you work with a company that does not have business continuity processes in place, never mind quality control. I paid for repairs in the end, but I just had to voice my disapproval on this forum.

What a pleasure dealing with you! My wife had a major crisis and Lionel Nissan Rustenburg responded in style - I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service we received. Professional in all respects. Specific mention of the workshop manager and chief technician - thanks guys!

What an awesome team of people in Potchefstroom. Professional in all respects. Timely, correct, and friendly staff - what a pleasure dealing with you!

Sadly, the good work done by this company was nullified when I we received threats of court action for "bad debt". No invoice was forwarded to me, yet they know my address when it comes to their so called "bad debt" collection department - how was the administration done?
