Let me be clear - this complaint is not about the money. It’s about principle, service, and basic competence. And right now, HWB and Eskom are looking like it has the same management - fast to take, painfully slow to deliver. Here’s why HWB has me on the verge of a mental breakdown, high blood pressure, and have me drinking Grandpa like it’s Oros: 🕑 2:00 AM — I make a withdrawal 🕣 30 mins later — nothing. I contact support via chat tab on the site: 🎪 Agent 1: “It’ll bounce back to your HWB account in the next 24 hrs.” I ask for PoP → Agent ends chat faster than a ***** Tinder date. 🎪 Agent 2: “No, it’ll reflect in your bank within 24 hours.” Again I Ask for PoP → Agent ends chat faster than card declining in public. 🎪 Agent 3: I ask for PoP — they tell me to “click somewhere” like I’m Dora the Explorer. Buddy, that is proof of withdrawal request. At this point I can work at HWB. 📞 8:30 AM — HWB calls me: “Sorted — just wait another 24 hours.” 📩 SMS: “Bank declined withdrawal request.” I immediately check HWB wallet (and my bank account just to be sure-sure) → quieter than my cousin who still owes me money from matric. 📞Final attempt - I call HWB: I spoke to a human, but her brain was Windows-95. I ask her for the PoP, she kicks out Error 404, reboots and goes back to reading her scripts like it's Sunday Gospel. End result? “Please wait another 24 hours. ***. So to recap: It takes 5 agents, 900 business days, 3 meetings with my ancestors just to not have my money anyway. HWB does not respect and appreciate their customers This is also NOT the first issue with MY money: Still waiting for a faulty 1Voucher refund from 30th Sept— pins resent were ALL faulty. Sent emails. Zero response. Useless. Other sites might have longer waiting periods after making an EFT withdrawal but they at least give free spins, bonuses, etc. HWB? Not even a pity R20 or free trauma-counselling. And yes — I actually win more on HWB than anywhere else as I have tried and tested a few other sites. But I'd rather leave a service that plays with my money instead of paying my money. So this will be my last withdrawal with HWB. Verify this information, my account is listed as reference number to this post. Once funds reflect, I’m gone. Bye Felicia.
Worst courier service ever, first you get the address wrong, then when your delivery guy finally arrives on a Friday afternoon 16h45, after I've been calling throughout the daybto check whether I'll still get my parcel, he calls h9wever 9mce agaim i was on the phone with his team to find out where he was....He just left. Now i don't have my parcel and the person I spoke to said he will get it resolved today is also jot calling me back. Ugh, never again.
How are you supposed to settle your account if no one answers the phone EVER. No man. Get your stuff in order. This is why nothing gets paid man

I sent my FICA documents on numerous occasions and kept receiving an email back saying it was not delivered. Getting super frustrated I call the helpline to which 3 people transferred me until someone gave me an alternative number to call. I called and Sanjeez (sorry if I spell this wrong) answered and helped me immediately. Thank you very much. Fnb the rest of your people either need training or something.

Mikaelan has been super efficient and assisted me with all the information I needed to change my policy and make alternative payment arrangements. He immediately asked if we could jump on a call, whereas I am highly impressed, usually customer service agents really don't even call you back...He is well-spoken and clearly knows the product. 10/10 and I am super happy with King Price insurance ... I hope things will be this amazing when I have to claim one day.

About a month ago I ordered fibre through Telkom through Vuma. About this time last month a lady gave me a call, I’m still waiting to be approved. Then on Friday I got an SMS that my order will be delivered, taking a day off to ensure I’m here to receive a delivery I receive the modem and tv box, nice. Then i phone Telkom again to ask them what do I do now, now they can’t help me I must phone Vuma. I phone Vuma and they can’t help me because according to them I don’t exist. I then phone Telkom again and now their servers are offline and the agent asks me to call them back after an hour or two. Now firstly, how do you deiver something and not confirm delivery or installation? Now Vumatel can only help me after I have an order number from telkom but telkom cant help me. How long must i wait?
