contacted your call centre to enquire about the cash advance feature reflected on the app. During the call, I specifically asked whether paying R3,000 into the account would allow me to access a percentage of that amount as a cash advance or utilise any available credit. The agent placed me on hold and then returned to state that I do not qualify for a cash advance, I reiterated that I am aware there is no credit available, however the agent was unable to explain this clearly or provide a logical reason for the response given. This call was still charged , yet the assistance received was incorrect and unhelpful. I am concerned about the competency and product knowledge of the agent who handled this query.

Called dischem customer service to asked how to like my benefit card to the app as it only shows sign up on the benefit and I already have a card No help what so ever please have expects on your phones not people that are taking chances .

I hear her speaking to someone which she did not put me on mute saying. - His Lying- how the hell can u speak about a customer like that Yoh I felt like **** and unsafe. - she then said no no. It was the person next her. On a call as we are in a call centre. - then bliss said she is on a teams call. How dumb do u think I am - apparently Lady that was sitting next to who said his lying is. Thabiso Thamaganye - So then I called yesterday 04-05-2023 to find out what going on bliss said that total hours is 72 hours. So I was like cool - I call today 13:50. The consultant said she is ok a call and she will call back shortly I said okay guess what. It like + - 3hours later she did not call - please can this be escalated to the head of complaints team and they need to actioned for the way I have been treated and for them saying I am lying.
I called in at 10:46 with regards to ID + Password application, I was transferred to the App department I was speaking to a lady - I ask her a question, I believe she put me on mute thereafter I had no response from her - I had to drop the call - she could of at least called me back.

Spoke to Ayanda Makathini - she advised the claim has being declined due to now inspection- I advised that the inspection was completed. - if it was not how did u approved the previous Claim- the den she said it’s payment. Then she said hold on let me check- she has no clue what’s going on - 1 week after the claim they tell me it declined due to something that not true. - Then she put me on a long hold and nothing. Call dropped and she did not call me back I should have never left my previous provider
So I wanted to buy an ITEM- However I prefer to purchase in store rather than online - I called the Makro Cornubia - I believe it went to head office- I asked if I get free delivery - she rep**** Yes as long as its over R500- I told her yes it is. However am buying in store. She said I will still get it free delivery - when I went to the store and he consultant says no I would not get free delivery its only online. - this is so unfair - as much as I prefer to buy in store had I been advised correctly I would of considered to make the purchase online for the free delivery and save my petrol as well

Pathetic - My wife’s drink had a strong funny smell like jik. My Draught was flat and warm- There was another table that got severed a fresh ice draught - Got treated like **** - the manger has a don’t care attitude. - he was more worried about talking to a lady outside We cancelled our orders and paid for just the ****ty drinks - Dont even know how the manager is in that position - - You made my wife and I feel not welcomed and I know “ why”.
