As a former waiter and now as a professional in finance industry, find somewhere to take your guests. The management bullies their staff which affects their perfomance. In overall management don't care about their guests, they just want money. Stay away from this eatery!!
I have been a loyal client to Huggies diapers. My 3 year old son used them with no problem. Your standards with "Huggies dry comfort' in a new packaging written (12 hour leakage protection) have deteriorated. I tried them on my 9 months old girl and she got rash all over her bums. She has been using huggies with no problem but the ones in this new packaging are just different from the ones we used to buy.
I called in for assistance with my refrigerator which was not cooling on the 5th of January 2022.I spoke to Mbali who said she was going to get a technician to contact me. It's been 2 days and no-one has contacted me. I then called again today(7th) and seems like Mbali didn't assign any technician to contact me. Is this what you call service SAMSUNG?? I was looking forward to someone coming to fix it but the case has not been escalated to the technicians.
I want to bring this to your attention about Pick n Pay at Randburg Square.I have been always a customer at this branch as it is only 15 mins away from my resident. For the past weeks,it seems staff at tills relax a bit(not knowing if there is any supervisor).The ques get long and and they use their voices to call "NEXT". Yesterday 11.06.2021 @ around 2pm, i went on for a quick shopping and the que seemed not moving. A security personnel called "NEXT" and directed me to express till as no-one was there. The way the cashier looked at me was very strange. I already knew she will ask me why did i come because i had more than 5 items. I explained upfront but she asked me can i read in a rude way and i explained the security lady asked me to come here which she should have understood because of que. She refused to scan my groceries and said i must go back and join que. That is when i lost it because she was not professional at all. I just dumped my groceries there and left. Now i want to say to management, there is Shoprite ,there is pick n pay -Ferndale on republic shops. If there are long ques, the supervisors or other cashiers will direct you to cigarettes' counter, express tills trying to alleviate the pressure and enhance smooth flow. This was failed by Randburg Pick n pay and i ended up going to Shoprite to do my shopping. You have lost a valuable customer and and i would rather drive to Ferndale on republic that is 25-30mins away than to face this disgusting ,unprofessionalism service. Please check your CCTV for evidence.
I was hearing about RAIN and i thought let me give it a try. My experience so far is dissapointment.I ordered via Takealot and when trying to Rica ,i get stuck on live face recognition. This has been happening since Friday till now but you didn't take time to take money from my account. I tried calling ,you dont answer. I send a message to your support,no feedback. Please can you attend to this or refund my money back. My order number is 2345843
I have been a loyal customer for takealot for some time but i am ****ed off now by your service.I placed an order and paid on 1st of July and was told it will be delivered on 16th of July.On the 15th i tracked my order and it said it has left to be delivered before 19:00hrs. Nothing came through even on the 16th. I had to write a mail on the 16th at night and from then i received an sms saying my order will be delivered on 17th.the delivery came through on 17th morning and out of what i ordered and paid,one item was delivered. The courier guy said thats what he has been ordered to deliver and he confirmed with his office in my presence.I followed up with takealot and no one responded my mail.The call center takes forever to answer. Today is Saturday and i still haven't received neither my order nor feedback.Mind you that order was supposed to be a gift to be presented today. Takealot has let me down and im so dissapointed by your pathetic service.Its high time to use other online platforms.
I am so disappointed at Fresh stop@Caltex by advertising what is not being sold at their shops. I couldn't even find the 99rand combo of full chicken, rolls and chips at all Caltex garages in Randburg as advertised on TV . Please specify in your adverts exact places. I wasted my time and fuel driving around and next time i won't even dare to stop at any fresh stop @Caltex.
I bought my son winter pants and a tracksuit at Ackermans in Ferndale on Republic.Same day after putting the pants on excited,he crawled indoors and after 10 minutes,the pants were looking very old with round things all over as if the material is coming out. I am so dissapointed as this is not value for our money,I wont buy clothes from Ackermans!!!

There is an old lady who looks after the supplements aisle at Dis chem @Nicolway,Bryanston.My apologies , i dont remember her name but she has a bit of white hair.All i want to say is she is helpful,she went an extra mile with her service for me to get what i want. Such people need to be recognised and appreciated. I will pop in with my baby so she can see him.
