Dr Tonyane emotionally manipulates patients, and I would not recommend this Clinic or this Doctor
This company is not authorized to sell at least 90% of the goods on their website, just a bunch of grey imports and you never receive your orders 10/10 would NOT recommend them
Bring in products from Aliexpress with no service afterward, clothing is so dirty it gives people rashes and won't let us return it
Better and faster than the competition got a device for cheaper and delivery was the next day
As the old saying goes on Hello Peter I would have given them 0 stars if I could, no service, literally took me more than 4 hours of calls and 14 days of WhatsApp, Facebook and emails back and forth to get any type of response and then the response is just that they can't give a response. Stay clear you will regret if you sign up with them - That is if your patience is enough for your line to go live
I am very unhappy with the service, my car has been in for 9 months and still gives problems and is literally nothing but what it was before. There are excuses all the time if I want to talk to the mechanic Johan. It has already cost me over R30 000 and every time I got my car back there was something else wrong. I would never recommend anyone to go to Motech for anything. Even parts were stolen from my car and a case is being filed against them at this moment
I went abroad on 9 January 2018, upon my return, I found that my data was being used, even though my sim card was with me in Germany, in my wallet. a week later I received an SMS and email saying my data is almost depleted, all this while being on my MTN APN after my return. Seems they are doing what MTN was doing to their clients and using data for absolutely nothing, even with an APN not being switched on. Call center and support staff has also been terrible, not willing to assist, not replying to my emails and even just refusing to assist in transferring me to someone that will be able to assist
Spoke to George in products and was so good in his customer service he had a new strap sent to me and my problem solved within three days. Excellent product and service, would recommend this to anyone.
<p>In terms of my fuel spend, I spend around R 2000 per month on fuel, I only use my Credit card and I'm on U count rewards tier 3, meaning I should get 60c back per litre of fuel bought. I have come to find out it can only be to a maximum of 20% of total spend on my credit card per month. Which I was never told but that is okay because that should be around R 800 per month if I only spend R 4 000 on my credit card.</p> <p> </p> <p>So the monthly balances are run from the 16th -15th of each month, in this time (for January 16- Feb 15) I bought 168.931 litres of petrol, exclusively at Caltex Garages. This equates to around 11 215 points or R 1 121.50 yet I was only awarded 828 points, or R 82.80</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also gone back to previous months and seen the same thing, I am on average receiving around 2 000 points per month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seems either Standard Bank is lying to all of us in terms of how much we get back in U count rewards or they are purposefully not giving the correct amounts each month as to save for themselves.</p> <p> </p> <p>PS. Not a Ucount query but I have also increased my credit amount and agreed to it yet it seems Standard bank has neglected to update this information. </p>
