The level of *********** service from Cartrack after only joining 2 months ago. Every week a consultant calls me telling me my account is outstanding I make a payment only to receive another call. To think that I left one tracking company hoping for better service
I am extremely disappointed at the level of service rendered by Vodacom. I made them aware as well as the ***** department that a contract was taken on my name I have no recollection of this nor do I have the handset, however Vodacom seems to be ignoring my query and continue to attempt o bill my bank account for something I do not have and made them aware is ***** No one has attempted to call me back even after writing to the ***** department as instructed by your Vodacom branch in Cresta. I am hoping this complain will get me some help as soon as possible.
I have paid the once off activation fee for fibre on the 18th to date to date no installation or even a call to assist. Everytime I try calling I keep getting cut off I use their live chat or WhatsApp services there is no communication. They look like a **** for taking peoples money. Yet they have a disclaimer about installation working 7 days I am on 6 days no service with no way to even make contact with this company
REMAX is a very ********* company, if you have any disagreements regarding utilities bills they indicate on your records that payments are not made by you which gives you a bad name to any future rental applications. Initially they were billing my utility bills incorrectly and could not come to a conclusion, after an agreement was put in place and everything was going well or i thought so only to find out now when i am applying through a different agency that REMAX gives false information reflecting that you are not a good payer or tenant.
A new client to Nedbank not even a month-old account, and Nedbank cannot secure my account. 6 transactions went off my account with no OTP's coming to me to approve the way it usually would, No SMS showing money exiting my account, only for me to log into the app and see all my money gone. When I report it the bank, there consultants don't even what their own features mean. I am now told I will get feedback in the next 4 to 6 weeks? that is totally unfair!! what does one do without no money??? while we wait for Nedbank who did not secure my account the way it was due to be secured. It's very sad to think i moved banks and now im dealing with already an unsafe account. Why did i not receive an OTP request to approve these requests Why was there no indication via SMS when it left my account.
I am disgusted at the manner that a supposedly Prestige bank account holder recieved customer service. No interaction whatsoever. I have asked for my account to be closed about 2 weeks ago with valid reason and to date I still have no assistance my account has just been accumulating bank charges as I am no longer using this bank account. I have spoke to 3 so called prestige bankers with no help at all. Standard bank must be the most pathetic prestige banking I’ve come actorss. I will rather bank with capitec savings account then deal with a bank that’s constantly allowing my account o incur bank charges to benefit from me. Is this the way a bank makes money by allowing transactions to continuously run through an account yet it is evident there is no longer funds in the account. To me that is ***** from the bank itself. First it was the bank not protecting my account and now once again. I have asked for this account to be closed when it was at a R0 balance after I paid almost R500 worth of bank charges, it was not closed yet again the account has accumulated fees to date of R619 and the account has still not been closed after it was escalated to have it closed. What type of ***** is this STANDARD BANK. I WANT THESE CHARGES TO STOP AND REMOVED ANS THE ACCOUNT CLOSED HOE MANY TIMES MIST A CLIENT SAY THE SAME THING
Cancelled my 1 MTN cellphone contract and MTN decided to cancel my entire contract and charge a cancellation fee. I then informed them i just wanted 1 contract cancelled not the entire account. I am now sitting with a cancellation fee that keeps increasing with a cost of R1000 a month yet the account is suspended as i cannot afford to pay an amount of R18000 over the period that MTN is asking for payment. I don't get the proper assistance.
Rude agents and missing data on my account. I have been calling and not getting help regarding my data that constantly goes missing. When I call the call centre I am told there is no record of data I purchased yet I have the proof on my bank statements. MTN has *********** rude agents that do not know what they are doing or how to speak to clients. It is pathetic that a well established service provider has such low levels of quality with service and customer experience
I ordered a size 1 sneaker online when my order came through I received 2 different sneaker sizes.(a size 1 and size 13) I Went to the Cresta branch to exchange it however no size available the gentleman told me if I wanted it immediately I must drive to one of the other stores to exchange it to which I objected, why should I be driving around to correct a mistake of the service provider. I was then told that they will order it from a neighbouring branch as I told them I will not be driving to another branch for a mistakes that’s not mine. The consultant told me it will take 3 days to arrive on the 2nd April I still got no feedback I called and then was told 5 days still feedback I went into the store on the 10th April to be told the sneaker has still not arrived. I am now so fed up of sportscene they show no interest in rectifying there mistake in no positive way but rather keep telling me I need to wait.
I’m supposed to be a prestige client I have only had. Terrible service from the beginning of my journey with standard bank. It has been a hassle just collecting my card waiting in cresta branch for 1 hour with absolutely no service then to receive my card but my details on the systems are captured incorrect making it impossible to log into internet banking. I moved from capitec to standard bank to only be having the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. Ive been sitting on the line with customer service since 8 when the call cuts they do not even has the decency to call a client back. What type of prestige service is this from the beginning. Do I want to continue????
